I have been waiting for over 15 minutes for someone to cut the trim I need. Only one employee is at the counter and is helping another client with a big order. Other employees came and left without helping. When I asked, they said they couldn't help. The line to check out 6 people long. Only one cashier. Taking more than 10 min. This is on a Monday at noon.

I like Joann. I go there often. I feel as though they are always understaffed when I do visit, so much that I have to budget an extra fifteen to thirty minutes each time, even if it's just to pick up an online order. (You have to stand in the regular checkout line to pick up. There is no expedited line.) I prefer to shop online and pick up in store because I can never find the same fabric from their online catalog in the actual store -- I have no idea how they organize all of it. That means I can't get quarter-yard lengths cut, I have to get full yards instead, but at least I'm not hunting down the fabric I thought I saw as available online for forty minutes and getting frustrated. Sign up for coupons and you'll always save when you go!

Bad service from the young girl with the black hair. She was incredibly rude.Young guy and older woman with the glasses were nice.

They used to have good service but I guess they’re hurting for workers because now the service is horrible! The check out line usually takes FOREVER because they don’t have many people working it. Several times I have tried curbside pick up to avoid the line and no one ever came to my car. When I went into the store to get my things the woman at the register had to go get my my stuff and left the line of customers waiting.

I usually don’t review places, but this was insane lol. I’m just getting into sewing, and was looking for the fabric that was necessary for my project. It says I needed “Velveteen”. Idk what that is, or where to find it, so I asked the girl that was organizing the fabrics. I didn’t catch her name tag, but her name started with a T. She was incredibly rude when I asked her where to find it. Luckily, my mom sews a lot so she was able to help me.Then, when I got to check out, there was one lady and she was just chatting it up with the family in front of me. I got called up to her register, and she asked if I had a number with Joann. I said “yes” and gave her my number. She typed it in and just said “no.” Idk if she typed it in wrong or what, but she didn’t even try to ask if I wanted to sign up or use a different number. Was just incredibly rude.I came here because I was given gift cards for Christmas because I have been REALLY excited to get into sewing, but this experience makes me not want to do it anymore. And i see reviews saying the same thing about rude employees. Not a good experience at all.

Waited in line for 20 minutes with about 20 people in line the whole time, I’m not exaggerating I checked the time. There was only 1 cashier and she seemed to be good at her job but there were 4 other employees doing other things. An old woman was waiting at the framing department for a long time too, confused and helpless. I want to stress that in a business like this customers should be #1 and should at least have 2 cashiers. I can’t see what would be more important at that moment and why the manager wasn’t helping. Other than that the store itself had what I needed and it looked nice.

Even if your not a seamstress JoAnns has many other products that's not exclusive to just sewing.

Always a favorite store. They have everything and more. I was looking my for stuff to make uniforms for our luau and in Texas they don't have much so thanks to Joann's fabric and crafts. They have a fabulous selection and they're always friendly helping you.

I appreciate the proximity of this Joann's to my place, making it convenient. Found the ribbon I needed for my project, but the checkout experience was frustrating. With only two registers open, I stood in line for over 20 minutes, and it seemed like calling for additional assistance could have expedited the process given the waiting crowd.

Great selection. I've found many fabrics and crafts here. Their coupon system is not to my liking and I always feel I've paid too much when I see a coupon I should have used.

This Joann fabrics is very spacious, clean, well stocked and organized. There's a lot more than just fabrics to be found here. They have Lego sets, children's toys, fake plants, art supplies, spray paint, beads, candles, sewing machines and Cricut machines and materials. And yes, they have every imaginable yarn, fabric, ribbon, pattern and accessory associated with sewing. They even have some sewing machines that you can test out. They are usually very well stocked with seasonal items as well, such as Christmas bells, garland, hats, gift bags and accessories. At the back of the store, they have a custom framing area as well. They do have a very good return policy, but you must have the receipt. So obviously there's a lot more going on here than just fabrics.

Good selection, good service. Not many sewing related stores remain in the area, so I am certinly glad this still exists. Please give them your patronage, else we will lose all the hobby shops that existed in our area.

Ordered item online over a week ago. They charge my credit card but all I have gotten is an email saying we got your order more information is coming. That is over a week ago there is no way to contact anyone there's no phone number I've entered online chats and sent emails and keep getting the same response that were very busy please allow extra time. In today's day and age a week of an order processing with no contact is not acceptable. At this rate I will not get the gift in time. There is no way to cancel the order even though it hasn't even been sent and they're just not answering the phone or responding to messages. I don't think there's anybody working on the website at all I think it's all deceptive ads just to take your money for a while and they'll never send you anything

This Joanne's is well stocked with fabrics and sewing gear which I'm mainly interested in. I found quite a few fabrics that I didn't find at another location which was nice. The clearance section also had several nice things, which is my favorite place to look. They seem to have a lot of sales which is nice as well. I was helped immediately at the counter and the ladies seemed nice and happy to be there. Parking was easy and I'd go here early when it opens to have the best experience.
