Found a nice suit and a couple shirts. Blake was very helpful sharing his opinion regarding what looked better on me. The tailoring time seems a bit longer than at the Jos in San Antonio but they had just ended their Christmas sale when I came in so that may be why. Highly recommend, appreciate Blake's help.

Had to get fitted for a tux for my sisters wedding and Chris and Max we’re amazing! Very knowledgeable and kind! I will definitely use this store again for any more fittings or to buy a suit! Thanks again!

I went with my fiance and best man to find something for them. We didn't know exactly what we wanted because we had something that we needed to match up with. The gentleman that assisted us was very knowledgeable and helped us narrow down our choices. He answered all our questions thoroughly, took his time, explained the styles, etc. We made the right choice by coming here.

I was greeted by Max and Chris as soon as I walked in. Both were very kind, fun to talk to and DETERMINED to help me. Chris (last name Klein I believe.. Sorry if I misspelled that lol) primarily helped me. I had just come over from Men's Warehouse, and these guys here at Jos A. Bank are the reason I will now shop there instead of Men's Warehouse. These are the employees you want to treat well and KEEP! I can't wait to go back =)

I've purchased a fair bit of clothing from Joseph A Bank over the years and have always been satisfied with the quality of their clothes (especially during some of their sales), but I'm uniquely impressed by the service at the Arboretum location. I'm getting married in July and started the process for renting tuxedos for myself and my groomsmen several months ago, and the staff have been incredibly helpful from start to finish. They were flexible with pickup times, offered great style advice, spent a lot of time with me measuring my sizes, advised me on my pant and sleeve length, and have been nothing but kind. There are numerous ways to rent a tuxedo - from online retailers to other brick and mortar stores - but if you're in the Austin area and want a good experience, definitely check out this location!

Great experience getting a custom suit and other items from this location! Jos A Bank in general has consistently provided high quality products and customer service. Chris and Maxwell were particularly wonderful at the Arboretum store.

my bf rented a suit from here for a wedding on a friday and the lady who fitted him for it said that he could bring it back on tuesday and there wouldn’t be any late fees. The wedding was out of town and google said they were closed on memorial day. We went in to return it and the guy working said it would be $40 for late fees and he took off a day because apparently they were open on memorial day?? not what google said, but okay. we asked why that lady would say that if it wasn’t true ? the guy didn’t care , we paid and left. clearly there’s no proper customer service there or he would’ve been more willing to take off another day or something. Definitely don’t recommend this store.

Lots of back and forth. They measured me wrong, and I'm waiting multiple weeks for a simple suit. They don't honor the online sales
Make sure you get 100% wool and check if it is.

My fiance and I visited Jos A. Bank on March 21, 2024, hoping to find attire for our upcoming wedding. However, our experience left much to be desired.Upon entering the store, we were not greeted, despite spending over ten minutes browsing. Eventually, I had to approach one of the associates to request assistance. Disappointingly, only one out of the two associates working responded, stating they would help us after finishing their task in the back. This lack of immediate attention and disregard for our presence was disheartening.The customer service we encountered could have been better. It's unfortunate even to consider the possibility that our minority status may have influenced our treatment, but the thought lingers uncomfortably. Regardless, every customer deserves to be treated with respect and attentiveness.Overall, our visit to Jos A. Bank could have been better. We left the store feeling undervalued and unappreciated. It's disheartening to have such an experience, especially when planning an important event like our wedding. Improvement in customer service and reevaluating attitudes towards all customers, regardless of background, are urgently needed.
