Fantastic experience. Julie did a great job both finding a house, and helping me through each step of the process. I was somewhat clueless, and Julie always had a referral or recommendation to give me whenever I didn't know what to do or which choice to make. And more than anything else, she kept everyone coordinated and handled communicating with the various people and companies involved, something which I'm terrible at doing. Thanks!

My husband and I have always been able to maneuver through our own real estate transactions in the Austin area, but knew we needed to hire someone when we were looking for property in Port O’Connor, TX. We have known Julie for years and have witnessed her negotiate and close transactions through some of the toughest markets. We were in a unique position where we needed to be decisive and act quickly and needed representation that could negotiate and CLOSE. Julie had no issues picking up the phone and calling local realtors to find out history on the properties, get recommendations for inspectors, etc. Her professionalism and competence along with her endearing personality afforded us access to information that greatly helped us in our negotiations. Julie was diligent and detail oriented in her contracts and worked through several negotiations on several different properties. She worked her tail off and we landed a beautiful property that is truly a dream come true for us. Julie is the only real estate agent I will work with in the Texas market.

Julie just expertly guided us through buying a second home and simultaneously leasing the first! She took us through months of low stress showings and was careful to check in about how we felt after seeing each home and area. When we finally found our home, she immediately jumped into action and we were able to begin contract negotiations as the first interested party. She is very detail oriented and pointed out several items to address in the negotiations, ultimately providing us with a deal that we are very happy with. Throughout the homebuying process, she provided incredible recommendations for a loan agent, insurance agent, and even inspectors.During all of this, she also listed our current home on the MLS to lease. Her team showed it to several interested people and we were able to secure great tenants only two weeks after our closing. Renting a home was a first for us and Julie answered all of our questions and was with us for every step, making us feel very comfortable with the new endeavor.Honestly, I can’t recommend Julie highly enough! She has a wealth of knowledge, resources, and networks designed to make home buying and renting as smooth as possible. She provides the whole package for whatever needs you have.

We've used Julie twice since we moved to Austin, and each time she goes above and beyond! She's more than just a knowledgeable realtor, she is a trusted advisor. We are pretty young and new at this whole process, and Julie has helped us answer every small and "dumb" question along the way with grace and patience, even if we ask her the same question a million times. Julie has sustained a relationship with us throughout our time being in Austin, even when we were not looking to buy, she keeps her community in touch and up to date, with details like notes and kind gestures. She truly cares about us as people, and we've built a great relationship over the years. When we started casually looking for a new home late last year, we took Julie all over Austin and surrounding areas as we were undecided on location.
