Kasey has the sweetness and touch of an angel. I was nervous to switch from my long time salon but was ready for a change and a shorter drive. I love my shag cut! I felt like she really treated my hair like her art piece. 👏💗

Kasey just cut my hair for the first time. It was an amazing experience! One, I love the do! Two, her questions upfront made me comfortable that she was competent and listening to what I was going for. End result, I am super pleased and booked next cut when I left. I saw Madison and she truly did such a lovely job. I have long, thick, curly hair that hadn’t been cut in over a year, and I’d been having issues with my curls falling flat and unmanageable frizz, but I wanted to keep my length. Madison not only gave me a beautiful cut, but let me know what steps to add to my normal daily routine to ensure it would look just as good outside of the salon as it did when she was done. I’ve uploaded a before and after if you want to see the proof for yourself. I’m so pleased with the excellent service!

Wow. I love this place. Been trying to find my forever hair home in Austin for 18 months and rest assured... I found it.
Kasey gave me one of the best cut and colors I've ever had. Not only is she a weapon at her craft, but such a joy to speak with and really took the time to understand what I wanted. I can't tell you how good it feels to find someone who GETS IT. Big props to KK Salon for making hair services affordable + amazing all at once.
PS. Polly at the front is a total gem - such a girl's girl. Thanks for looking after me, ladies ❤️

Taylor is the only person I let cut my hair. I wish I had found her sooner. This salon is fantastic and emasculate. There is always plenty of parking and everyone is very friendly.

My son loves his haircut and said it is one of the best haircuts he’s ever gotten! The stylist really listened to what he wanted and offered helpful suggestions for hair type and easy maintenance. The attention to detail was amazing, and the end result was stylish and exactly what he was hoping for. The salon was also super clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Shout out to Taylor for being so welcoming when we walked in after I missed our exit during Austin traffic on day 2 of ACL. Definitely coming back — highly recommend! Jordan deserves 10 out of 10 stars! ✨

First visit to this salon, and I enjoyed it! The ambiance is welcoming and calm. I was a bit turned around in the parking garage, Carter was proactive in coming out and directing me to the right place. Wait time for services - color and cut- were minimal. It was a quiet environment, not frenetic, which I appreciated. Jenna colored my hair, and was amiable, careful, and gave me options. Jim, who did the cut, took the time to learn about my hair , what I wanted and asked lots of questions. He also took the time to explain certain aspects of curly hair and cuts. He also motivated me to think more clearly about what I might want as I am often unsure. All of those that I dealt with, Carter, Jenna and Jim were very professional and easy to work with. I also thought pricing was fair. It was a very non-stressful experience. I will be going back!

First time at the Keith Kristofer Salon and with Taylor as my stylist. This was probably the best experience that I've ever had with a haircut! Taylor took the time and listened to my long history and hair weirdness, concerns and wishes. When I booked the appointment I thought it was a little unnecessary for the extra time and cost for the appointment to include the consultation, but now I understand why it was so important.
She did a dry cut, then a shampoo, then let it air-dry to see what it does naturally. She then did some tweaking to certain spots that weren't behaving like the rest. Again, I've never had anyone work WITH my hair instead of just trying to make it do what they wanted it to do.
2 days later I washed it myself at home and let it air-dry like I wanted to be able to do. And it looks just like it did when I left the salon! I have never been able to duplicate the salon style post-haircut. I am very happy with the service and will definitely be back :)
