This place has the classiest looking little coffee shop, with 2 comfortable Seats inside, and a lot of seating outside, which like a patio setting, with a roof overhanging, and a fan blowing. The staff are always so nice too. I really love their deserts, and I really live their Iced Chai (Green Leaf, which is the best I ever had).

I ordered a necklace for my wife for our first wedding anniversary. They sent me the wrong necklace which we didn't discover until she opened it on our anniversary. The customer service agent was nice and put a rush order on sending us the correct necklace but, now I have to take time out of my day to ship back the incorrect necklace using my own printer paper and ink for the return label and I have to buy a box to ship it back in. I wasn't offered any sort of partial refund for their error. I don't think we'll be ordering anything from Kendra Scott in the future.

I am a frequent customer and have been for years. I was shopping around in the S Congress area and my daughter and her friend decided to walk to Kendra Scott to meet me there. As they walked in they were greeted by an employee and shortly after - they started being followed by another store employee the whole time making them uncomfortable until the store clerk finally asked them if they were stealing without having any reason to assume this.
Mind you - my daughter asked to try on a ring and browsed around. We have done this many times before where she gets ahead to browse around and pick out items that she likes and I join in and I gather more for myself and we check out without a problem. We have done this at others stores as well. Never has it been a problem.
I understand store clerks have to be vigilant but if you are not following everyone else and they are not hiding or giving you a motive I find the approach from this employee really inappropriate, and quite honestly targeting.
Once she approached the girls (16/17) my daughter told her she has no reason to steal and walked out feeling really uncomfortable and targeted.
I find this experience at Kendra Scott very disappointing with this employee. I usually do not leave reviews even if I had a bad experience but as a parent the mother bear will come out and I would not want other families to have the same experience.
I certainly will not be making anymore purchases at any Kendra Scott. I will definitely communicate this with all my family and friends to avoid this place.

I visited the Flagship store yesterday and was immediately greeted with big smiles by Natalie and Ava. They were incredibly helpful, had wonderful attitudes, and a true pleasure to meet. I hope Kendra Scott acknowledges them both for their excellent customer service. A wonderful store experience.

I came here a couple of weeks ago(almost a month) and left because of how hot it was in the store. I came back this weekend and it was even hotter in the store, I can’t believe that with all the money this store makes they can’t afford to fix the ac, I applaud the workers because even though it was incredibly warm they were still helpful and sweet. I left the store and didn’t buy anything because of how hot it felt, those fans they have running in the store are no help either. please do better!

Over the years shopping at the Congress Store. I've had great customer service until the most recent year. No one greeted me when it looked like I was instreated in a piece of jewelry. They snooted their nose in the air like if I wasn't their. As of today I was instreated in 3 peices of jewelry. The old white lady behind the gem counter was helping me with the gems. Once I was ready to add the gems to my necklace she jumped over to someone else that was waiting after me and started to put the gems on her ear rings knowing I've been waiting. I'm very disappointed the way they treat people if you are not the same skin tone as them. Do better Kendra Scott employees.

I had the privilege of winning a Kendra Scott Color Bar Party and inviting all my friends to curate their own jewerly, sip on some Frose, and enjoy girlhood in a beautiful place! My group had an amazing time yesterday and we cannot thank the staff more for such a fun, new experience for us all! Our wonderful hosts were Virginia, Sara, Ava, and some wonderful Sips & Sweets Staff!! I truly love my curated piece and the other girls do as well! Everyone was so welcoming, helpful, and made the experience truly special for us. We’re still talking about how much fun we had!

If you have a chance to shop here, DO IT!!! Here’s why…my experience in this store yesterday was nothing short of incredible! We are in town for my husbands work trip and it just happens to fall on my 40th birthday. So a day of shopping on congress was something I heard was a must. I had not heard of this store/brand before and I almost passed it up because it looked like a little artisanal bakery at first glance, but I saw some jewelry through the window and decided to check it out. First thing through the door, we were greeted so sweetly by all staff members. My husband mentioned it was my birthday and they told us about their AMAZING birthday discount! 50% off 1 piece and 25% off another. I decided to go with the color lab and to create a bracelet. You get to pick your jewelry and the stone to go in it! I couldn’t help but to add an additional bracelet and a ring, because why not right?!?!? I designed 2 bracelets and a ring! I also got a small perfume that smells AMAZING! All for about $200! Best shopping experience in my life!

We went to the store on Friday the 28th around 6 pm. The ladies working were so nice and helpful. It was a wonderful experience for our first time visiting a store and we walked away with some beautiful new pieces.

Really cool to see the flagship operation. Nice lady named Olivia helped us out while we were walking around. The café took our order. We got lemonade and some of the pastries they had.
