My partner and I visited this store at The Domain on 11/11/25 while celebrating our 4-year anniversary. It was a last-minute stop before heading home to houston, and I was so excited because I already knew exactly which ring I planned to buy.
When we walked in, we were greeted by a woman wearing a hat. She said the usual “Hi, welcome in,” but immediately looked me up and down and frowned at my shoes. After days of walking around the city, I chose to wear comfortable sneakers, but the judgment was obvious. From that moment, I noticed I was being watched around the store, which made me extremely uncomfortable. Not long after, another woman walked in, dressed more formally, and was greeted warmly with offers for help, a complete contrast to how I was treated. The difference was disappointing and disheartening. I went in planning to make a purchase, but I ended up leaving instead. I’ve worked in high-end retail myself, so I understand how important awareness is, but there’s a big difference between being attentive and being judgmental. No one should feel unwelcome or looked down on because of what they’re wearing. After reading multiple other reviews, I see that this has been an ongoing issue for a while now. I truly hope the staff receives better training on how to treat all customers equally.

Misty, Vanessa, and Kinley were absolutely amazing I pray I didn't mess up their names to bad but they were all three so helpful got one of my favorite necklaces fixed and got my birthstone ring that I've been wanting for my birthday and a new Cross this is my favorite location 🥰

Was gifted pretty earrings from here and after two wears the metal started to look brown so much so that I can no longer reach for them. They were over $120 so I took them to the store and asked them to either clean them or honor their product. I thought this was reasonable! Store said they don’t clean, and were super unhelpful, shared they were discontinued and could not exchange them for an equivalent product and didn’t offer any solutions. Super unhelpful and disappointing to know that Kendra Scott and this location
does not honor their products. Will not continue to shop since not only do the products not age well or sustain value enough to be used but especially that the brand doesn’t honor their jewelry. Big bummer.

The staff was nice but I tried on a necklace in the front of the store and the worker told someone in the back to grab it and have me meet them at the register. When I was checking out she showed me the necklace and I asked if the necklace came in multiple colors because the one at the front of the store looked more pink. She told me it was the lighting. I got home and looked on the website and turns out I tried on the Elisa Lattice and they gave me the Linda Rae Elisa. So now i'm stuck with a necklace I didn't ask for but the worker told me there was only one color. They only do store credit and i'm 45min away.

I won a giveaway for a birthday party at the Color Bar. 🥳 It was such a sweet surprise. I brought a few friends and we had a wonderful time. Emilia was our host and was so focused and dedicated to help us. She made my birthday very special. I love my custom jewelry and the memories we made. 😊🤍 thank you Emilia and Kendra Scott!

I’m giving 5 stars for helping myself find the exact earrings I was looking for. I was the only Black person in the busy store, and unfortunately, I wasn’t greeted by anyone. I had to bring my earrings and the display rack to the counter myself to make the purchase. Despite the lack of customer service, I wasn’t bothered. What’s ironic is that the customers they choose to assist are the ones that steal the most, while the ones they ignore are the ones that actually pay. I was visiting the Austin area, but I won’t return—I’ll just shop online if I need anything else. What’s interesting is that I was wearing several pieces of expensive jewelry—some could’ve easily bought a car. After I pulled out my black card to pay, the cashier’s whole attitude shifted. She began explaining their fine jewelry, and even the woman who ignored me earlier finally acknowledged me. I chose to ignore her and walked out.

I just wanna say how awesome Emilia was. I never felt like I was somebody who belonged at a place as fancy as the domain, let alone this store, but she was so cool, down to earth, and made me feel so welcomed. I’m new to buying jewelry and I’ll def be back!

Employees do not listen to what you ask for when you ask for something and bring out the wrong things. They got annoyed at me that they kept bringing the wrong item. They’re very rude.
