It’s extremely disappointing. After completing the project, they requested additional payment to address the tile issues. This is the condition they left the bathroom in after an $18K project.

Fantastic job on kitchen remodel! Crew cleaned up everyday before leaving, arrived on time each day, early. Dependable and gentle on things the crew. Gazi and Mike the best! Not gonna say how long it took because y’all would be calling now! But it was quick. Cabinets, appliances, sinks, faucets, tile work, hardware. And Susan was the best with design help and organizing everything. Now I will call them when ready for master bath remodel. This bunch really cares! And go beyond with service.

Through out our kitchen renovation process we felt supported and reassured the entire time. The whole team is so friendly and from the design process to the installation of materials, they always prioritized us and quickly responded to all of our questions. I chose to source counter material outside of their preferred vendors and the kitchen central team still helped coordinate the delivery and installation of it. We couldn't be happier with our experience and how the renovation turned out. We are so appreciative of their attention to detail and everything they did throughout the process.

Great experience and results. Our kitchen had not been updated since the 80's and needed all new cabinets, lighting, etc. The whole team and contractors were a breeze to work with, and they were able to expedite the build for us in anticipation of our upcoming delivery date. Will use again for upcoming projects.

We had the pleasure of working with the Kitchen Central team on a kitchen and master bath remodel. This was our third -- and pleasantly best - remodeling experience. From design to material selection to install the team was beyond professional. Communication was clear and timely. When we hit hiccups (what remodel doesn't) they presented options and found solutions including all interfaces with subcontractors & suppliers. We highly recommend the team and look forward to working with them again.

First, let me say that Gazi and his team at Kitchen Central were amazing to work with.My first interaction with the team was working with designer Susan. We had some ideas, but she was swift to make suggestions based on our concerns and needs. She explained things in detail and provided the needed feedback based on her experience. The final plans addressed my many requirements, and she went above and beyond by making suggested changes to give me the symmetry that we were looking for.Once the project started, I was amazed at how quickly the demolition was handled.I was concerned about dust and noise since I worked from home, but they did an amazing job at sectioning off the kitchen, dining room, and butler pantry from the rest of the house to minimize the dust in the other parts of the house.Once flooring/cabinets/tile, and countertops were all selected, the timeline they provided me was amazingly swift and accurate. I could always count on Mike/Gazi keeping the work flow going and providing me with updates if/when a timeline needed to change.Someone else mentioned Gazi's energy levels. I must say that the entire team was energetic, good natured, and a pleasure to work with.Let me just say that my favorite parts of the kitchen/butler pantry are the items that the staff at Kitchen Central suggested we incorporate. Glass doors in the Bar area that open upwards, kitchen cabinets for baking sheets, and deep large drawers for our dishes/pans are some of my favorite. They also suggested we take out a kitchen window to expand the appliance wall, Gazi assured me they would handle the brick work with ease. The outside wall looks amazing and the larger kitchen layout is perfect!Don't hesitate to hire Kitchen Central to do your project. As soon the the house budget allows, we'll be doing our master bathroom with Kitchen Central!

This company really kept its promise. First of all, my kitchen is very small. I received two different estimates regarding pricing and timing that didn't sound right. This time I thought I had a good idea of what I wanted and Gazi agreed it sounded good. But he told me another way he thought would really transform my kitchen. Now, it's larger and more beautiful than I thought it would be. I use this company every time I need cabinets and recommend them to all my friends and family

Absolutely love my new kitchen and master bathroom. I would highly recommend Kitchen Central for any of your remodeling needs. I enjoyed working with Gazi and Mike and their crew. They were very very attentive to my wants and needs. My remodel took six weeks, which is unheard of in Austin. By far, my favorite addition to the kitchen was under counter lighting.Services: Kitchen countertop installation
