This Kohls was VERY Chan and organized. Even the dressing rings were well taken care of. No pills of clothes in each dressing room like the one in Round Rock. The workers weren't so eager to assist. But they had a great selection of items I was looking for.

I will no longer by there because they Mark things up so high that they give you a coupon to go and get a discount on your next purchase but the place is always empty here in cedar Park nobody's there buying anything and especially the men's jeans department is totally totally decimated by mixing all the and they don't have jeans that have a snap button instead of a buttonhole I only want to buy pants that have a snap on click on button not the one you have to insert into the eye of the belt where it is extremely difficult and not cohesive or not the kind of pants I wear I have a coupon that just expired and I'm not up for that marking it up they buy something at a certain price they mark it up times three then they divided in half you're not really getting a discount there you aren't and I am totally surprised that that calls in cedar Park has stayed open with the limited amount of customers that I see when I go there it's like it's like everything is truly so expensive they only expect people with money to burn to buy there!!!!

I will shop online from now going forward.
My family came here today. It was raining and the store was empty.
We were looking for slim S young men's pants and asked someone for help. This woman on the sales floor said "there's nothing here for you." We were puzzled but shopped anyway and found several styles of Sonoma S Slim fit pants. 🙄 What a poor customer service experience.

Went to Kohls to return an Amazon package. Figured I would walk around since I have not been there in a long time. Clean store, and I forgot how much they have to offer.

I love this store and many of the unique items they have. Yes, many of the clothing seems old-fashioned, but that's what I like about it because there are tons of overpriced stores that sell designer items and clothing that you see everyone wearing the same thing. I like unique and different.

I shopped at kohls by lakeline. I was standing in line and was called to the next available register. The lady started to check me out and I put my purchases on my kohls card. All of my purchase was put in a bag. I then told her I wanted to pay for my kohls charge now. She called the next lady to the register, she was tending to the this lady before I could finish my making a payment. I had to keep interrupting her so I could get out if there. This is the worst kohls I have been too and will not be back

Sadly there is no where to leave a message for Sephora inside of Kohls but apparently from what the LOD (Marcia) advised they don't have the same policy anyways. I genuinely do not understand how customer service has gotten so bad. I hate to say it but im a strong believer on your employees reflect what you instill in them. So when Marcia calls her "store" manager over me confirming twice that a Sephora card can be used there as long as its issued by Sephora and u drive over 40 miles. Return the items you bought from the actual Sephora store then rush to Kohls to get the last item I originally wanted and cannot get it due to 1) the associate providing you false information and you actually can not use a sephora card there 2) Marcia stating she was not allowed to call her store manager while she was off the clock yet when I called on 3 way with CS she said she typically does not like to bother her on her "off" time and 3) if she did speak with the store manager a resolution was not made due to the HUGE inconvenience this caused. I purchased a item the day before so when I went in today I was going to return it and purchase the set (at a lower price) together which the associate issued the refund it wasn't until she was checking me out that she learned she could not do it. Great! She calls marcia over and I was basically advised very loudly "its because your card has 0 on it" well thanks thats not embarrassing. I called got the balance and it indeed had the balance. Marcia tried advising to give the associate slack since she was new but I'm sorry if you do not know the answer you ask and 2. Any reasonable company would honor their associates mistake. This lady was tremendously rude especially when she threw the paper receipt at me which she probably should have not attempted give me as I have worked for fraud and typically that has internal bank codes. I left with losing 3,hours of my day, 45 miles back and forward and NO ITEM when I walked in with one due to marcia not being able to reverse the return!! She asked why I couldn't purchase a new one I decided to show her my bank and her response was "well you can get the kohls credit card!" What!!!!! Stay away from this sephroa unless you want to be lied to.
