Sara cut all of my natural nails off that were healthy and long, due to her rushing me out her chair so her regular client could be taken care of in between my service. She said she is use to cutting all the nails off when doing full sets even though I had acrylic over my natural nails. She had no reason to cut them! They charged me full price upon check out even though she butchered my nails down to my finger tips. When I asked for what they could do to make it right the cashier gave me $3 off! $3 for Sara’s negligence of cutting my natural nails due to her rushing. Customer service is not a thing here for new clients I see. Very disappointing since I am new to neighborhood and looking for a permanent place to spend money! The gentleman was kind of nice but I could tell they were too busy to assist me. I wish they would have said that before I received my first service (my pedi). Wanted me to come back next day for my nails but I had to work next day. Wasted my time but they want to be tipped for theirs!

Always enjoy coming here. Mary does a beautiful job with SNS. She is quick and always gets it perfect! Kevin is also amazing. Great attention to detail and it’s always good! They are all kind and professional. Shout out to Emily as well who is the sweetest and super interesting to talk to ❤️She did great work on my daughter’s nails.

Absolutely fantastic service they are so friendly, customer service top notch. Came for a pedicure and Mrs. Tina did my pedicure and let me tell you I needed so much repair to my toes after gel damaged them. She took her time and made my feet soft and toes beautiful.
The salon itself is lovely prices are reasonable and they offer you soft drinks, water or wine. This is definitely my new salon when I come to town
