The women's bathrooms are horribly dirty, the can full of garbage is already all over the floor, you can't spend even 5 minutes there XK it makes you want to vomit 2 of the bathrooms are closed but you can see that they are super dirty as if If they had entered, they did and they didn't take it down. It smells horrible, how is it possible that they sell food in a place as dirty as that, no joke, I would eat there, that ? horror.

Today I am going to give only one star to this supermarket... I can't give it less otherwise...
I didn't give them any stars.
The reason... very simple... THE KITCHEN SERVICE IS EXTREMELY TERRIBLE!!
And the bad thing is that they have been dragging it along since it was the Michoacan meat market.
History: There is a cook (I think she is the only one who is still there since before she changed her name) who whenever I went she gave me very very bad service or from Plano she ignored me and did not attend to me. And it was only with me... because I saw how he served other clients better...
It all started because I knew that when I was there she didn't leave a tip... but I didn't leave a tip because of how she treated me.
Total... I stopped going, because if they are not going to treat me well or with respect... then I better go where they will give it to me.
Last week I was nearby and decided to buy some chicken broth... I paid and when I went to order it... the cook saw me and left; leaving the kitchen alone and without anyone to attend to me, something he always did and apparently continues with his tricks!!
I had to tell the manager that if there was no one else to attend... to which the Mr. called someone to do it...
At that moment I remembered why I swore never to return to that store..!!
And I swear again... I'M NOT COMING BACK!!
I hope we and the people unite and stop going and consuming in places where we are not well received and treat us badly...
So that they can see that without the clients, all of them would not have a job.
And this is not personal, because the way she treats me... who is a customer... that's how she treats the other cooks who have worked there and have resigned because of her.
Location: Stassney ln and South first street.
Price: affordable/ price some times.
Parking: plenty.
Customer service: HORRIBLE SERVICE!!
No.. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND IT JUST BECAUSE OF THAT HORRIBLE COOK!!
I HOPE ONE DAY THE NEW OWNERS DO SOMETHING OR IMPROVE THAT SITUATION.
I had so bad experience with the kitchen staff at La Buena Supermercado!!
Lots of issues from some lady at the kitchen staff made me stop by.
I don't recommend this Supermarket kitchen...

The person who attends the check cashing area is dishonest because when you cash a check, they do not give you the cents unless you ask for them and even then they give them to you reluctantly

The women cashing checks there today is very shady and disrespectful. Was very lazy and just kept making faces. Y'all need to let her go. When someone comes at you respectful. Y'all need to be respectful. It's a shame to have employees that act rude towards customers. Everyone else had good customer service. But that lady y'all had working today was terrible.

It is a very bad service, I bought a toothpaste and they gave me plaque glue. I was in a hurry because I was coming from work and I was going to my dentist and I had just eaten... I went immediately to the cashier because she was the one who made a mistake in giving me something It wasn't toothpaste, she acted stupid and there was an Indian right there and I told him to give me the toothpaste and he wanted to charge me for it again, being their mistake, I was angry at their action. The good thing is that there was little that I I got it on my teeth, I had to remove it with my shirt as much as I could, I threw things at them and it became better for my dentist. I do not recommend this store at all????? because they are not responsible for their actions..

People when sending money in this store be careful because they are robbing the people who send the money, they send the money and then they make it disappear, while I was there two more people arrived and the money is not there. Be very careful so that this stops.
