Tameka set me an appointment to come and visit and when I showed up she forgot to give the security the paperwork so i was turned around. Wasted my time and gas heading there for no reason.

I truly don’t know how this place is still operating. DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE. WATCH THE CAMERAS 24/7 IF YOU DO! I posted a review and they got it deleted because there was proof of FINGER print bruises! I will make a million emails to make sure they can’t cover up what they did!
They are physically and emotionally abusive to kids!
The lack of care is evident when the response team is asking parents to call their customer service line.

Highly recommended La petite for your childcare needs!. My youngest goes with Ms.Karina, Ms.Aliza and Ms.Laurie and we are go grateful to them, they got my child to learn how to drink from their bottle and to sleep in a crib. My middle child goes with Ms.Regan and Ms.Lupita in EPS, I love all the fun activities they do with all the kiddos:). We are so grateful to all members of staff for creating a safe and loving environment for my kiddos.

I did a tour of this location last week. I was interested in enrolling my child for their summer program. Their pricing fit our budget and it included meals, snacks, diapers, and wipes. It all sounded perfect. As soon as I walked into the learning area the smell of urine was overwhelmingly strong. I understand that a daycare is going to have its smells, especially with potty training, but it was very alarming how strong the smell was that filled the entire facility. The carpets were not vacuumed and were full of mulch and dirt. When I asked how often they were vacuumed they stated “we vacuum everyday. I don’t know why these haven’t been vacuumed”. It looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time.My older child needed to use the restroom, and it was also very unclean. Again, I understand in a classroom where potty training is taking place won’t have the best of smells, but it was noticeable that the area around the base of the toilet bowl and the floors hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. There are a lot of grim and dust collected at the base of the toilet and the near the edges of the restroom by the walls. Afterwards, we went to the sink to wash our hands. There was a toilet brush on the counter of the hand washing station. When I asked why it was there they stated “I don’t know why it’s there. It’s not supposed to be there.” They removed the brush, and I was not pleased that my daughter had bumped into it while she was washing her hands. When we went to see the outside faculties the playground for the 2-3 yos was incredibly small, and lacked stimulating outdoor play options. There was only one slide, a few foam blocks, and a few toy cars for the children to use. It did not sit well with me that 11-15 toddlers would be able to happily use this play area. I don’t understand how a corporation as big as La Petite wouldn’t invest more in their outdoor play area for toddlers. After the tour I had questions about pricing and registration. The person giving the tour went into a back room several times to ask questions. After doing some research I found that they were speaking to the director. It did not leave a good impression that the director didn’t even step out of her office to introduce herself or answer my questions herself.I will say that I didn’t not meet the teachers. I have no gage of how they are or their ability to care for the children. The parents and children I saw at pick up seemed happy, and the children seemed clean and content. However, I could not get passed the uncleanliness of the area my child would have been staying in, and the sad state of the outdoor play area.I want to preface that I have worked in daycares before, and I have taught early childhood my entire teaching career. I understand that things happen that are out of our control, but if you know that someone is coming to tour the facility you would walk around to make sure everything was in order.I ended up enrolling my child for summer care in a different location.

My daughter started at this daycare at 2 months old, we only needed 3 days a week and they were accommodating. Staff was super friendly and she was happy to see them. I loved looking at her from the camera while at work. Great not having to provide my own diapers and wipes as they're included in the price. We no longer need daycare but I highly recommend La Petite to anyone who does!

Do not send your Children here. Please.I wish I read the extremely bad reviews for this place earlier. Your children are not safe here!! Physical and emotional abuse by their staff is prevalent and the management actually supports it but tells you they’re “doing something about it!”.

Great staff. Ms Heidi is warm and welcoming. She listens to your concerns and works with you. Ms Nancy is compassionate, attentive and is friendly. Kids love being around her. Ms Kassandra takes good care of the kids and is welcoming. They have an app for live streaming and daily updates which is a plus.

Great school with great teachers. My 6 month old loves going and is doing really well. He has a big smile on his face when he sees his teachers and I can see he's well taken care of. The SproutAbout app is useful for knowing when he took his naps and feedings and also has a live camera to check up on him. The app could use some improvements like seeing historical data but it does the job.Overall really happy with this location!

PARENTS BEWARE:: our 3 year old has been attending since 7-8 months old. It was great. Now it's not. Our 3 year old used ti love attending. He then started crying and not wanting to stay. Tuesday 07/18/23 was the LAST STRAW. When I went to pick up our 3 year old. He had poop ALL over him. His body, shoes, clothes, everywhere. It was dried and he got a rash. The next morning I found out he had a BM (poop) accident before 8am. So he was like that ALL DAY. When I addressed my concerns I could tell nothing was going to be done to the the lack of training of the new employees. Please please please trust you gut and listen to your kids. I hope the same thing isn't happening to other kids. I've seen a teacher grab a kid by the arm and heard them yell at the kids. All I know is they don't have to work in childcare if they do not have what it takes to work with kids. Your kids deserve better then this place. It's seriously gone downhill

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE. We filed a CPS report due to physical abuse.

To keep it fairly simple to allow parents a quick read: DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE. I apologized to the facility for "being that parent" however, this is beyond the point of a "complaining parent" if you see physical unexplained bruises- report it. I have attached a photo of what appears to be fingerprint bruises from the mishandling and lack of training in the toddler room. There is one individual in particular who has continued to pick children up off the ground by one arm. I have personally brought this up to the director 2 times and when my child was bit TWO times they stated "we tried to tell your daughter to give to boy his toys back but she didn't". This is the WORST facility and even worse director (Kirstin). She did not call to speak with the parents when we stated we would be pulling her, although the assistant director (who was wonderful, Lauren) stated "she will take this very seriously and be giving you a call". Kirstin is inadequate at handling a facility and providing a lack of training to her team members. I have reported this to the proper officials regarding physical abuse and mishandling of children as there is proof. PLEASE do not send your children here and if you do PLEASE PLEASE monitor the cameras. Lastly, when they state in any reviews they are taking manners seriously and we are sorry for this it is not an adequate answer as this has been proven to be inaccurate due to the multiple times this happened and was brought to the directors attention.
