Rooms are decent and staff is friendly, but they have to fix the internet connection, it is so slow i would struggle to even send and receive any email for work , had to go somewhere else where my Hotspot would work,

Amazing hotel at an affordable price, friendly staff and pet friendly. They also have a little shop near the vending machines where you can get some basic care items such as razors, shampoo, etc.

Room was great. We didn't hear a thing. Thee only negative thing is we never got maid service once. We didn't leave the "do not disturb" card on the door either. Luckily we had enough fresh towels for the 2 nights we stayed. Otherwise we would have had to talk to the front desk. Close to the airport which was great when we got into Austin. And when we left.

DO NOT STAY HERE IT IS VERY VERY VERY UNSAFEMy litter sister was last seen at this hotel last night. In my last conversation with her she said there were construction workers on her floor making too much noise. She let me go to address it and I have not heard from her since. We tracked her phone to room 423. I called earlier today and spoke to Zay. Said no managers would be available until tomorrow night. This gal could have clearly cared less. I had hoped that they would reach out to me but they did not. Calling police now to file a report. Perhaps I will get some answers after that. UPDATE: The authorities have been contacted. We have a case number. I'm sure eventually they will end up there. At least I can tell them that your SECURITY system is down so no videos to answer the real question. Did she leave your hotel or is she still there in one of your rooms? Please be prepared to answer that question.

Caution, watch your stuff. Was having breakfast some dude grabbed my computer and started walking out with it. Luckily saw what was going on, stopped him and got my stuff back. This place caters to low life, so watch out.Rooms: Rooms ok. Maid service every three days.npt great

Staff was very friendly rooms were clean lobby was clean. Breakfast was OK but I definitely love that everyone was very friendly and that everything was clean. Had hand sanitizers Available their area you have a Starbucks and a few restaurants nearby walking distance so that was nice as well and convenient but overall Everything was great I’ll definitely stay here again.

Giant cockroaches two nights in a row, No room safe, mold above shower, water damaged walls at floor level, cigarette smoke, sticky tables, unresponsive staff, no weekend manager, pathetic “free” breakfast, worn carpets, dirty elevators, dirty floors, no security cameras, sketchy homeless hanging around behind hotel.. 2 star at best. Spent 5 days here and would not recommend to anyone, under any circumstance. At $455 a night I expected clean and safe but it’s not. The only thing going for this hotel is it’s close to the airport…that’s it! Stay somewhere else, seriously. I booked months ahead for COTA Formula 1 race and had no idea it was like this! The room door was tilted in the frame and did not close tightly. I could see the door latch and probably open it with a butter knife! No in-room safe for valuables. Not safe given the poor door fit. Strong cigarette smoke at 5am one morning but desk can’t help. Tv was broken and had to be replaced. Coffee was tepid at 6:30 am and they “ran out” of creamers on 3rd day of stay.. breakfast was steamed scrambled eggs, potatoes, no protein, limited bread, waffle maker leads to syrup being spilled on tables which are not wiped down.. sticky mess. Carpet is worn, elevator damaged and dirty, desk staff not all fluent in English and again no manager to be seen. Complaints went unaddressed or just ignored. Due to roaches I was offered $200 off my bill, of over $2000, so I guess La Quinta values roaches at $100 per roach? Not good enough! We are talking about 2 to 2 1/2 inch roaches! Big dirty disgusting diseased bugs!! My hotel shuttle driver was “high” - smelled of weed and made two wrong turns going to airport while laughing the entire time. I emailed the GM and AGM AND went to Wyndhams web site because somebody should hold the owner/managers accountable for the poor, unclean, unsafe conditions at this La Quinta. DO NOT STAY HERE. I’m a Wyndham member but this hotel does not deserve the Wyndham name. And calling me a racist because of a persons accent ?? Really? She simply did not know (self admitted) the word for “vent” as she tried to excuse the cigarette smoke that filled my room. I guess it’s better to attack me then actually answer why your hotel is in such poor condition. If you truly care for your guests, CLEAN up.

Not a happy customer. Car was broken into, likely from one of the MANY homeless around the hotel. Not LQ fault, but no cameras didn't help. Doors were janky and not very secure on the side entrance. The elevator area carpet was very worn, and 1st floor area was a trip hazard. The beds were terrible, as was the hideaway bed. Not that many are great, but my son was totally uncomfortable all night. The maintenance team attempted to come into our room for a random "sprinkler inspection " while our son was alone (young teen). Luckily, the latch was on. We rushed back over (8 mins)to find 2 men at our door. When we let them in, they shined a flashlight at a couple of sprinkler heads and were done....weird. Even weirder was that both closets in the deluxe room we rented locked from the outside...?? What in Tarantino? AC automatically set to come up during the day, so we came in from work each day to a very warm room. Our room was on the highway side, and the road noise was an issue every night. Very disturbing.? Will not be staying here again.

After leaving their other location Laquinta Inn by Wyndham Austin Southwest because of the BED BUGS i stayed here ina SUITE that was foul smelling and dirty. The couch was smelly and dirty. The carpet was ripped up. The bedding did not smell clean. Dissapointing, especially frustrating to leave one location because of BED BUGS to come to another location to a dirty room.

The room was not the 4 stars rating it has. Had leaking a bathtub faucet. The bathroom had a crack in the sheetrock. Also, the room had a crack in the sheet rock. Asked for a different room, they didn't give it to me. For the price, the room was not worth it.Rooms: Not up to standard. Very disappointing.

Good location, run down, staff is lazy. Forgot to code my cards. Tried side entrance first, just doesn't work (would've been nice to know), get up to room, keys don't work. Back to front desk to get them keyed. Hotel really showing age. Graffiti on elevator doors. Paint peeling everywhere. Funky smell. Certain parts renovated I think but other parts just forgotten about. Room was fine though. Clean, no serious issues. Just run down and lazy. Pool was out of order too. Which is fine as it was really small for a hotel this size.

Good hotel. Wifi was slow. Breakfast could be improved. Like some others said, walls are thin and you can hear other rooms. Great experience otherwise.

The hotel is convenient to the airport...but the staff are scammers! They speak to you calmly but lie about charges. (they say "incidentals"...but when you show them your corporate card covers the incidentals...they say OTHER incidentals) you concede and put a 2nd card on file...BAM!! You're hit with $95-$100.... When you confront them, they say they need 3 days to clear it up. After 3 days they KNOW you'll be outta town. Too bad-So sad! Absolute SCAM artists work here!!

We rented a room with a King bed and the mattress literally sank in no matter where you would lie down.The pillows were so floppy and seemed to be old.The bed also smelled like coffee. We are NOT coffee drinkers, but even if we were, I don’t think the smell should penetrate THAT strong. Every breath I took smelled of coffee.The air conditioning unit also kept turning off even though we had it on the ON function.

I wouldn’t Lotta reviews on horrible customer service at this hotel, I’m so glad we picked here. It was nothing but wonderful customer service from the time we walked in the staff was excellent. The rooms were clean. It was a great place for us rest our head.
