I’m assuming the price point to stay at this LaQuinta is solely based on the location because nothing else justifies the rates. The front desk staff was not friendly, inviting or accommodating at all. In fact, they make you feel bothersome for just being present. Also, the doors to get inside the hotel from the parking lot that are “Locked 24 Hours” don’t actually lock. Since this location is right off of a major highway, the lack of safety was a big concern. The first floor had a really awful smell in the common areas that made us nauseous. The elevator door had graffiti and writing all over it and seemed like it wasn’t functioning properly. Our room was filthy with splattered stains on the walls, dirty towels, hair on the shower walls and dingy sheets with hairs on them. The continental breakfast was a joke. They provided powdered creamer only for coffee and the food that was offered was stale and unappetizing. They did have a laundry room with decent machines you can pay $2.75/load to use, which was nice to have that option. Other than that, we are pretty disappointed with spending $175 on a room for one weeknight at this LaQuinta location. Won’t be back there and don’t recommend.Rooms: Disgusting. Our room was filthy with splattered stains on the walls, dirty towels, hair on the shower walls and dingy sheets with hairs on them. Tiny TV and no toiletries offered.Safety: Doors to get from outside into the hotel do not lock, even though they have an access card reader for entry. Elevator was very questionable.Noteworthy details: The front desk staff was not friendly, inviting or accommodating at all. In fact, they make you feel bothersome for just being present.

This place looks nice until you look closer. Our walls were stained, the tv was very small, coffee was bad, and you can hear everything from others people’s rooms and the hallways woke us up multiple times through the night. The breakfast is also a let down. The electrical was odd, as in there was a switch next to the bed that control the outlets and another switch by the door that controlled a lamp by the bed.Nearby activities: The domain was a really cool spot with lots of shops and restaurants

On Wednesday, October 11, at around 8pm I had the worst check-in experience of my life.After more than 10 minutes waiting with nobody at the front desk, the receptionist arrived, never apologized, and treated me very badly with no reason. Very rude and unprofessional, you should get rid of staff like this.Rooms are dirty, and there is no daily room cleaning. This is ridiculous.Breakfast is so poor that I thought I was on the wrong room.Terrible experience

I had to switch rooms twice. The first room’s comforter was covered in dog hair, enough to get on my clothes. The second room had mold on the shower curtain. In the third room—which I would have also changed but I was too exhausted at that point—the headboard still had handprints on it it from ummm…a previous tenant’s extracurricular activities I’d imagine—congrats to them. I understand that it’s a hotel but that also means it wasn’t even wiped down, let alone sanitized. Taylor at the front desk is new and she was extremely helpful, friendly, and seemed to sincerely wish to do something to help. Leah—her supervisor, I presume—on the other hand just seemed to not want to be bothered with the issue, avoided me, let Taylor handle the issue, looked at me like I was overreacting, and the only time she spoke up on the issue was to say that I had to speak to the general manager regarding refunds.

We are dissatisfied with how the lobby staff acted. After a hard day, we were just relaxing and talking in the lobby. We weren't bothering anyone, as we were the only people there. Still, the staff told us to be quiet in a rude way. This needs to be addressed. The lobby should be a comfortable place for guests to unwind. This experience was a letdown and calls for immediate action.

Nice location, friendly staff aside from lady who repeatedly miscoded our room keys. Rooms need some maintenance. Ours smelled like wet dog and the carpet was wet by the window when it rained

First off, i am not a picky person and, very chill and, roll with the punches but, I wish I could give this hotel a ZERO star rating!!The front staff was not friendly and was NOT accommodating at all!!This hotel entrance was not bad but the "room" that my wife and i was sent to was absolutely filthy!I found hairs on the bed that was apparently cleaned.The carpet smelled terrible and the general upkeep was not up to par and, there were bugs on the window sill, so this obviously shows that the room was not cleaned at all!!!!Please pay a little more and, please do not stay here!!

Stayed on second floor. Elevator and stairs available. Nice room. Cold AC unit. Mid size TV. 2 full size beds. Desk and rolling chair. Microwave and small refrigerator. Bathroom was nice with long sink and mirror. Pool open till 10pm. Breakfast in the morning from 7am to 10am. Cereals, muffins, coffee, eggs, and Texas waffles.Safety: Hotel had cameras recording parking lot.

Very nice hotel. Great location, clean and quiet. You could walk to the Domain shopping area. he only issue we had was that the restroom door didn't have handles to open through the inside. It looks like maybe a customer unscrewed them and thought it was funny or something. but not a big deal as we were still able to open it.

Place was vandalized, felt unsafe and unclean. There were old used bars of soap in my room and pictures online are much nicer than the actual hotel. And lastly the staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there and didn’t give me the best customer service they could. Don’t go here, you’re better off at a motel 6. Not what I was expecting from La Quinta.

****BAD EXPERIENCE****DON'T STAY HERE!!This morning when we called to extend my stay, we were told that the hotel manager said that I could not extend my stay any longer because I was giving her staff a hard time. I did call the hotel staff several times during my stay because the TV system kept erasing my log in info, which I had to reenter. I should be able to call the front desk if I'm having trouble. But, I believe that she wouldn't extend my stay because I had actually complained about her front desk supervisor who is unprofessional, unpleasant and just rude. And, the manager sent me an email, (which I thought was sent by the manager's supv), complaining that the manager is often absent from the hotel.When I called the corporate offices, they only called the front desk, and reiterated their decision about my stay. I had hoped a senior manager might be able to override the property manager's decision. However, they were not able to contact the manager's supervisor to reconsider the situation..I also noticed that things are not well maintained, such as landscaping, potted plants, elevators, the guest printer and the a/c unit in my room sounded like a broken record player.The mattresses in the guest rooms are so hard, that I had to get a duvet and fold it into thirds and take Tylenol just so I could sleep.The other thing that is upsetting is this info about not extending my stay, was shared with my 80 year old mother.

We have arrived at night so not sure about the outside. The inside is about what I expected. Not bad but not a five star. The worst thing about this stay was the advertisement of serving breakfast and when we woke up our first morning we were greeted with a No Breakfast sign. The overall stay was ok but nothing to really brag about. We would not stay here again

Very disappointing. I had family come visit, and I had them stay at this property because it is walkable to many things at the domain.Checkin was smooth, staff seemed nice. Breakfast was decent.Concerns:1. Over 60% of the time, the air smells like trash (likely when the wind blows from the grocery store nearby, whose trash bins face this hotel directly2. They advertised daily housekeeping on Hotels.com, but in reality, only do it every 3 days3. Housekeeping is subpar, and parts of the floor were sticky at times, right after service4. They skipped housekeeping twice over 3 week stay, and when asked about why it was skipped, said they would charge a fee for the "extra" cleaning5. They charged my dad $150 on the last day without explanation, even though when he checked out they gave him a letter citing no charges were made - given my dad is now overseas, we'll have to get him a lawyer to follow-up on that chargeThey tell you at checking housekeeping is every 3 days, but on Expedia and Hotels.com they advertise daily housekeeping.

The halls are hot. Like there's no a/c. Stains on both beds and pillows. The floors look like they haven't been mopped. Super noisy so might long. You hear all the fires slam and the rooms are tiny. So disappointing since it's by the dominion.

This place is nasty. They had roaches coming out of the closet and said if I didn't say anything, they would give me 2 free nights. Why so more roaches can be in my closets. I have two videos of the roaches I had to kill. Take a look. I uploaded them.
