Close early every night. Literally count cash in front of the locked glass door during business hours and smile at you trying to come in. Legitimately just smiled nodded and seemed confused at my wanting to come in during the hours listed. Finally was lucky enough to be informed they have to close before the posted hours per their own policy which makes sense I guess just can support bs call me old fashioned.

Went looking for Cebo de Coyote (great pain relief ointment). The 2 ladies at the counter thought I was out of my mind and insisted they didn't carry it even though I could see the jars behind them. When someone else in my house called they said "Of course we have it!" I went back to pick it up and one of the women says "Oh! I thought you were asking for PEYOTE!" What kind of business must they run that they think people come in looking for an illegal drug?! Also, my native Spanish is perfect and I was sure to pronounce it correctly. So there's either idiots at work or they saw me and thought "Screw this gringo." You would think they would grasp that not every native Spanish speaker looks the same? Trash either way, and I'll just find it on Amazon next time instead of spending my money there. Never again!

If want Hispanic food or products this play is outstanding. However you might have a language problem but they will help you get the items you want. They have the barbacoa in town.

In Austin for a cpl of weeks for work. Since we got here everyone seems to be in edge. People are rude and could care less about customer service. Literally every single place we've gone to eat people are rude as fuck as if we depended on their business for survival. This place isn't too different at all. Ladies at the kitchen are ok a little grumpy but not as bad as the rest. The lady at the front is super fucking rude today she was wearing a golden turtle neck sweater and hill. I honestly don't even want to ask for her name beaver I FLR want to talk to her. I've ever been to Austin before and I don't plan to unless it's for work then I don't have an option. I think overall homeless people are nicer than restaurant employees for sure. I am talking about mostly Hispanic they are the rudest people to deal with in the food business.
