Our sales rep, Anneka was impatient and rude. She pressured me to purchase warranty and leather treatment for an additional $550.00 and was disrespectful when I turned it down. Her communication was unclear and rushed. She won't get a cent of my money.

I took delivery of my new recliner within the last month and this is what the back cushion looks like. I waited around two months for this custom chair to be made for me and it appears to already becoming damaged! I would recommend going elsewhere for a recliner!

BUYER BEWARE! Ordered sofa bed in South Austin store and was told Tempurpedic mattress came with the bed and in fact it is a $750 upgrade. Upgraded cushions were not mentioned during sale. Store manager and customer service for the company said you signed the contract, nothing we can do. I paid double what the same crummy sofa bed would have been at Ashley because I thought I was getting the better quality sofa and mattress. New salesperson had no idea what she was doing with no help at all. Manager was extremely short and rude. Lazboy customer service was useless. Also the 4th of July sale price is exactly the same as I paid 4 weeks before. No truth in advertising and what I would call bait and switch sales tactics.
Update June 7. Response to email customer service is a joke since I had already done that before writing this review. I did, however, forward the previous email to the one listed. Would be very surprised if any change in their response.

Beware, I got a chair that was defective. It was replaced immediately. The second chair is malfunctioning and I have been trying to schedule warranty work for a month. Should have purchased a different brand with better support. I have a phone number in Dallas for support. The ladies voicemail says don’t call me more than once and you can send me an email but of course she doesn’t provide an email address. Horrible support and flaky products. What a waste of $3000.

The 1 star deals with customer service. We bought a leather sleeper sofa with the best mattress. It was 1.5 years later we used the mattress for the first time. We were led to believe the mattress pump was built-in. We discovered it was not. My fault for trusting the system and not putting the bed up upon delivery. Today, I spoke with Yolanda who was very kind, but could only sell me the pump that WAS NEVER DELIVERED WITH THE COUCH. She knows how much we spent in their store. Yes, I can afford their over-priced pump, but that isn’t the issue.VERY DISAPPOINTED with the after-you-took-thousands-in-cash-from-me Customer Service. I get you have customers who would lie, but I should have been offered a discount to buy a pump I never received in the first place.

You’re unable to browse without the sales people breathing down your neck. I explicitly asked both people who helped me on two separate occasions to give me space and time to browse, but they both hassled me about three times in a span of 8 minutes. No. Just no. I would never buy here for that reason alone.

Pros: Furniture is great quality. Joe the salesman is very nice.Cons: Furniture is EXPENSIVE. The wait time for most Furniture is RIDICULOUS, especially considering the cost.

Really wanted to like this place and my furniture but it’s been nothing but a hassle. Total high pressure upsell on stuff I didn’t need and such a pain to arrange their “free” delivery. I should have known right then that things were not going to work out well. But I trusted the Lazy Boy brand. I’ve had some issues with my recliners and they won’t fix anything and say it’s abuse. Obviously just a bunch of hucksters going for commission and once you’ve paid, no customer service at all. Avoid at all costs!
