  Absolute trash of a company. I very rarely post negative reviews about anything, but this location is the worst of the many locations I've tried. They clearly do not care, constant closures, website goes down. Waited 45 minutes with 1 person ahead of me that was in 10 minutes. Will never visit a LabCorp again.

  The board and google said they are open until 5:30 pm and I have checked in at 1 pm and waited for an hour and no one came up and even Walgreens staff is so rude as I asked them if they know the timings and lady is like idk and it is not my job . Are you serious🤨?

  This place is absolutely atrocious. Went in today 2/28 and was greeted by a “no drug testing” sign. I needed to get both drug testing and TB testing to be able to start a new job on 3/10. I know TB testing can take longer so I signed in for an appointment anyway. I waited about 20 minutes before being called back. I mentioned i was just there for TB testing since they dont do drug testing. Mind you, i have two separate order forms, one for TB one for drug testing. The woman immediately starts making excuses as to why she cant do my TB testing stating I “should” do it at the same time. I attempt to tell her I need to do at least the TB testing so I can begin my job on time and you know, feed my family and pay my bills, but she immediately starts talking over me. At this point im extremely pissed off. This is the THIRD labcorp location ive been to today because the others in a 15 mile radius arent open due to “staffing.” I attempted yo leave and suddenly she’s telling me “well maybe I CAN do it but idk but you should do them together but i guess I can do it.” At this point i just want her to stop speaking to me and get out of my way.. so thank you so much to LabCorp and this employee for not only wasting my time, but being responsible for pushing my start date back and leaving me without income for even longer. I cant come in early next week as i will be at WORK at the HOSPITAL actually saving lives.

  I checked in at the kiosk and waited for 30 minutes. I was never acknowledged or taken back for my appointment. There were ZERO other patients waiting. The technician sits behind a locked glass door and does nothing. If you knock on the door to get any information about your appointment, she will very rudely yell at you through the door to “go sit down.” I ended up leaving and going to a different location.

  Had an appt at 9:30 for blood work so had to fast, showed up at the location and they just weren't opened. People at the store said that had been happening, they just don't show up and don't tell people who have appointments. Stay away from this labcorps location

  I've come to this LabCorp location several times now and I have had a great experience each time. The first two times I had an appointment and had my blood taken within my appointment timeframe. My third time I had to do a walk-in, which I expected to wait a bit to be seen as a walk-in. Terry made sure to fit me in her very tight schedule (back to back 15 min appointments) within 30 min of me arriving. Terry is also a PRO at working with my small veins. I have always had a great experience with Terry.

  Checked in for an appointment. Waited 30 mins and left. Its been 3 days and I did not ever receive a text to meet somebody at the door. Would definitely avoid LabCorp if you have a choice.

  Terry is awesome, always makes me feel welcome, talks to me like a human being! Thanks Terry. I’ll always choose this location for routine bloodwork.

  Today will be our 3rd try to get labwork done that was ordered over a month ago. 1st visit, they said they had no orders. 2nd visit, they drew blood for an old order for a doctor we no longer use. Today, I'm bringing printed orders from our doctor. What a waste of time and frustration, not to mention, what if something in my mom's bloodwork is completely off. It should have already been done by now.

  Scheduled an appointment a week in advance. Checked in on my phone and waited in my car, but after 40 minutes of waiting, I went inside to see why it was taking so long. No one answered when I knocked on the door, and there were no signs even indicating that anyone was present. I checked in one more time at one of the kiosks that actually worked, waited another 20 minutes with zero response, then decided to just leave.
  
  Absolutely unprofessional of Labcorp to not have staff even at the facility for appts, especially when many of us need to fast and prep in advance.

  Got here at 11:50am (I work night shifts so I can’t be here much earlier) and they tried to give me a 1pm appointment. Horrible

  Had an appointment scheduled for first thing this morning. Got there slightly early to get checked in etc. At 9:15 the lab check in devices still showed closed. They are supposed to open at 9. By 9:30, my appointment time there was still no one there. I got multiple reminders about my appointment, why can’t you send a message of you’re closed and need to cancel my appointment so I don’t waste my time?

  They close at 4pm, not 5:30pm as listed everywhere online.

  Came here on my lunch break for an employer drug test because it was advertised as such just to get there and see a flimsy paper that said "no drug test" as well as "no vaccines, and no covid testing". The ipads to check in did not even work! I had to knock the extremely rude technician opened the door then proceeded to slam the door in the face!
  Honestly just go with other labs cause this one is clear scam, I see no other reason why this location still stays open besides it being a scam!

  Would not try this place again. Kiosk check in with no communication for over an hour. Had to knock to see if anyone was even there. Second knock was answered but little explanation to the delay. I left ~ 2 hours after initial check in with no bloodwork. Going to a real lab from now on.
