I went in with low expectations due to previous reviews. I scheduled an appointment for 9:45 and was in with the phlebotomist by 9:47. She was friendly and professional, and very considerate of my squeamishness around getting bloodwork. She had no trouble finding a vein and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Very positive experience.

Terrible place. Went to get blood drawn after confirming with my doctor not once but TWICE that this location would be able to do it. Person there claims that they "aren't allowed to use the kit" my doctor provided. This was a normal blood test, so I asked her if she could use their own vials to draw the blood into. She refused to even consider that and kept saying "It's our policy". She was trying to show me an email from her supervisor that confirms this and spent 10 minutes scrolling and wasting my time, but could not find the email. Probably because it doesn't exist. I reported this back to my doctor and they were shocked at this incompetence. They confirmed that if she couldn't use the kit, she could simply have drawn the blood into their own vials. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not go here!

If I could give this lab 0 stars, I would. Very rude staff, no communication whatsoever, waiting 30 minutes only to be told I’d have an even longer wait. Don’t waste your time coming here.

The worst laboratory experience in my life. If I could give tem a zero rating I would. We waited over an hour (was supposed to be 30 minutes) I asked how much longer and they said 30 minutes again. Find yourself another laboratory.

Yet another example of why you need real live humans doing jobs versus AI/websites. This location has an average of 1 star because nobody answers the phone or can tell you that the appointment you scheduled online is fake. When you arrive you see a note on the door saying that this location has been closed. Ridiculous.

Had an appointment at 9:30 am . No one is here . Not been notified that my appointment is cancelled. Other appointments are here waiting as well. No one will answer the phone. Why are they still allowing this woman to work here! I should have read the reviews before making an appointment . LabCorp do better!
