This review is for the lab tech and NOT for Labcorp. Hunter, the only lab tech working here who simultaneously runs everything about this office location, is a literal EARTH ANGEL. For any of the bad reviews here, they are not understanding that this one individual who does everything is not responsible for Labcorp's mishandling and mistreatment of a good worker. Things don't always run perfectly, but Hunter deserves a gold medal.

AVOID THIS PLACE.
THIS is by far the worst place. Online it states they are open until 12 pm. When you get there it is not true. In fact they take a lunch break 1130 to 1230 closing at 4 pm. Nowhere on the website it states to schedule an appointment. When you get there whoever has an appointment even though you sign in they will skip you. Then they only have ONE person. ONE. The guy flat out tells without sugar coating: ‘I will skip you if I get another appointment’ No joke. He said in in calm voice as if his way is correct. Total disaster.
AVOID it if all possible. GARBAGE

I have had several blood draws over the last year and I have never had a worse experience. I expressed that I get woozy around needles and let them know I have been told to lay down. I was met with no sympathy and in fact, he told me I couldn't pass out from this and proceeded to stick not one, but both arms for blood. I was just informed that the labs were also never sent and now I have to redo the entire draw at another location. He was dismissive, rude, bruised my injection sites more than any other labs I've had, and now I have to go redo the entire process.
I could not recommend this location less.

***URINE DRUG TEST (UDS) IS ONLY MON-FRI FROM 1-3PM.*** Do not be me who came in the morning, checked in, and missed the at least two paper signs (front door and on the check in kiosk) that displays this information. I walked in (for the second time that day) without an appointment and was helped out within 10 minutes. Seems like they only have one person available at the front desk who also is the phlebotomist, so I can imagine it can get busy, even with an appointment. I would consider implementation of a number/ticket system and estimated wait times to help with workflow/customer expectations.

Not a bad wait for a walk up appt. to get lab work for a routine physical. It was a bit confusing to check in at a kiosk but the technician was friendly and efficient.

Don’t bother with this location. They are understaffed and do not honor scheduled times.. you will wait for hours

Two hours here and still waiting for a walk-in drug test. Horrible. Everyone is being told their insurance won’t cover it. That it was someone else’s mistake. The checkin doesn’t work. Avoid at all costs. And the dude is rude about it to boot.

I filled out the form, he came right out, and I was done within 5 minutes. It was amazing! He remembered I had to come back because I was called into court. And, results the next morning of the next business day, so efficient!

Staff member was prompt and professional. I made an appointment online ahead of time, and they were able to get me in early. I recommend going first thing in the morning.

Have been coming to this location for routine bloodwork for a few years. Enjoy coming here because I don’t like needles & Hunter does a great job drawing blood every time. I turn my head and he’s done before i know it. Thanks

The phlebotomist who works there is one of the sweetest, most kind people I have ever met. He was so gentle and he took his time with me. I usually feel faint with blood draws because my veins are small, but he did it so fast and effortlessly. The best experience I’ve ever had getting labs done! You might have to wait a little bit but it is worth it to have him help you!!
