They email that you have a bill. You sign in and it tells you you don't have a bill. Then you go back to your email, find the invoice number, and put that in. Voila. You do have a bill. I know y'all would send people to collections over a $5 bill. Fix your invoice - identity capability so people can pay you. This is your revenue generation mechanism. It shouldn't be that hard.

Staff was amazing and extremely nice. I showed up 5 minutes before opening without an appointment and was out the door in 15 minutes.

Fast check-in after a walk in. Kind nurse- made the blood check fast, efficient, and painless.
Facilities could be better kept, but everything else was good!

*Super* easy experience thanks to Thomas, the phlebotomist on staff here. I went right at 1p when they re-open after lunch and was 3rd in line. I waited for less than 10 minutes. I was immediately put at ease when I heard how kind and supportive he was to the patient before me. He was the only one working and he handled that gracefully. My blood draw itself was painless, and Thomas had attention to detail - noticed it was my birthday recently and distracted me from the blood draw with questions about my celebration. These small moments go such a long way, as many people don’t make the effort to come close to the care Thomas showed. Thank you! Also - the checkin process is done with tablets and was seamless.

I was skeptical about this place given the reviews, but I just had the best blood drawing experience ever! And I’ve had MANY blood drawing experiences. I walked in around 2:30 on a Thursday afternoon without an appointment. Thomas was working the front desk and kindly took me as a walk in. He took my blood quickly and painlessly! It was the easiest and most painless experience I’ve ever had. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Thank you, Thomas!

Lab hours say they open at 800. Lab didn't open til 0820 when staff member arrived. Didn't have any hassel getting my labs done due to 3 others leaving after waiting for them to open. Lab draw itself was smooth and I was in and out of the office in 15 min or less.

I don't write reviews often but I think a lot but I had an exceptional experience that were totally different from the reviews/rating.
Booking appointment was super easy, I checked in with two taps of a button from my car 20 minutes early for my appointment and was seen immediately.
Had 6 viles of blood drawn and the whole process was done in what felt like 30 seconds and I didn't even feel the needle. Great conversation while it was happening. I normally hate having my blood drawn and honestly couldn't even tell it was/did happen.
I have complicated self-pay reimbursement type insurance and was helped to get all the documentation I needed.
5 Stars, amazing customer service, in and out - will return here for any future lab needs!

Arrived at 3:15pm and they said that walk-ins were finished for the day.I don't know why they say they close at 4:30pm then...Maybe because it was Friday?I explained it was urgent and they just ignored.PS: it was COMPLETELY empty!!!

Only 1 person working extremely rude and slow. This place will only waste your time. They make you walk out and come back some other time. Making their day easier so they don’t have to work. Useless.

They always have a problem, you leave upset most of the time you are not in the system or they can't find your order, for a change today only for appointments I wish I didn't have to go but I have to because I have a kidney transplant, very sad that you have to go to a place that you expect to be well attended to and find people who don't feel like working or on a bad day, I give them a star and I don't think I will return to this laboratory again.
