I took my wife here and We don't think the person who drew the blood was professional. Its was very painful. And after taking needle saw 2-3ml blood waste in the cotton.

I would not recommend this LabCorp location. The gentlemen was very rude to my wife and unable to draw any blood. He was not willing to listen to her advice. My wife has blood drawn on a regular basis and knows what works for her.

Had an appt scheduled with them and no one showed up. Long line of people waiting outside and everyone left after waiting 45+ minutes. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time. Lots of reviews complaining about this location frequently being closed and no staff showing up.

The worst lab center to visit . Waste of time and never picks calls even while the phone is beside her . Didnt know her job at all

System was down when i got there so they were unable to take a blood draw unless I had a physical print out of the Dr Order. Who has that?! Anyhow, left without labs. Tried calling this morning to get in touch to see if it was back online. Impossible to get in touch with a human at the location or get through the phone system to talk to anyone. I eventually ended up on the phone with someone after what might have been 10 retried phone call choices. And then they could not get ahold of that location either or have them return an answer. So off for a 3rd attempt somewhere else to get labs done. Wasting our time!
Edit: came back another day and was able to walk in. Wait was about 30 min wait (fine), blood draw relatively easy, and no issues. Blood test results came back in 24 hours, that was nice as my drs appt was the following day. Just had a frustrating experience that day I suppose.

It was the best blood draw. Super quick, did not hurt. Kammy was so great! Both the whole office visit and the blood draw were quick. Also, she was so nice, which made a 7 am clinic visit better. I didn't even have to wait. I'll totally come back here when I have to get blood drawn again.

Richard was really amazing I brought both of my elderly parents there he was so polite and open the door most phlebotomist have trouble but he was able to get both done in a matter of minutes

Avoid this location for any drig screening. Improper testing process by staff can allow for mistakes.
I had a urine drug screening at this location and the employee left the room to attend to another person while I was in the restroom giving my sample, when I returned to room with sample, there was no one in the room to take it from me. Employee came in after about 15 seconds or so and asked me to place sample on the counter next to paperwork, then he had me sign a label next to my sample. He then printed me a copy of the paperwork and said I was good to go and he left the room, even before i did, to go next door and interact with another person while my Open and Unsealed sample was still on the counter. I have friends & family that work in the medical field, and this is 100% Not how you handle urine samples. Thankfully I took pictures of the empty room with my open sample on the counter as I was leaving in case anything happens to my sample results.

Staff was rude and really made it obvious they didn't want to be there. The only good thing was the easy check in process.

Visit on 6/26/24
The front desk/nurse Richard felt like a robot, doing his job, yet not great at all. When I asked a question, his answer would be just yes or no. Felt like he hated his job and us - patients.
My vein was barely touched with alcohol, not a proper preparation.
When he punctured for the draw it hurt, quite a lot of blood came out to the surface. While drawing, he was moving a lot, so it hurt every move.
I tried to apply pressure when he was done and before he put the band on. He said I didn’t have to do it. It hurts man, and I’m pretty sure I will be left with a bruise there. He had barely enough tape to go around my arm, it barely circled around. I thought, he would take a new roll and cover better. But no, that was it. When I bent my arm, the whole thing came to be a thin string and blood was all over. So I asked him to change it as he was leaving the room. Not a single word came out of his mouth. He took off the band and put a simple band aid on….
This lab is the least human interactive lab I had to experience. I’ve gone to quite a few for the past several months. I also donate blood on a regular basis. Wish, I never have a nurse like the one that works for this lab.

Worst experience of my life. The nurse missed my vein multiple times and then I found out that the results were void because they didn’t run the blood labs in time. I had to go to another place entirely to redo the whole thing. I wish this place would just cease to exist.

Quick and easy check in process! Also 5 stars to the person adminstrating the tests as he was professional and was able to draw blood with ease.

This facility is great! I was in and out of the door in 15 minutes. Richard checked me in and helped me with the test and he is amazing (very kind and very skilled at his work).
