Lache is my happy place. I've met some truly incredible people here, and the staff is always welcoming and exceptionally skilled in aerial. The booking process is easy, and Lache provides a supportive and encouraging environment for anyone learning aerial. It's a place that regularly inspires me and I feel lucky to be part of the Lache community!

My daughter loves it here! Roy is a great coach that makes class fun & exciting... I also love that it's so family friendly and they allow the kids open gym time. It's perfect for our family!

The best circus gym in town. Incredible instructors and staff. Highly recommend coming here whether you’re a beginner or seasoned! There is something for everyone.

Located right next to a Laundromat, there's plenty of parking in the little lot out front. It's a big open-space studio with a professional trampoline, parkour area with a warped wall, pole area, high rigging area, and large open mat floor space for aerial, flex, acro, tumbling, and more. There are so many classes to choose from, even some during the day on weekdays. They have a great new student class pack special and many options for monthly memberships or just class packs to take classes ad hoc. What makes this gym/studio so special are the awesome instructors and the community of the space. It's also super cool that the studio hosts multiple showcases throughout the year.

I love this place and I'm so thankful that a place like this exists for adults. I've taken the tumbling, handstand and parkour classes but my go-to class is trampoline (which includes their trampwall). The vibe is super laid back and friendly. I've also had many great instructors - Roy, Dmitri and Eric to name a few. If you're worried about age then let that go - I will be turning 45 and just recently learned to backflip on the trampoline.

5 stars does not do this place justice, it needs all the stars in the Milky Way! ??They really hit the nail on the head with “ We're here to help you build strength through community, play, and self-expression.”??The support, instruction, guidance, and camaraderie here is the best of any place I’ve ever been! ??This place abounds with laughter, joy, and all around good vibes ?

Really horrible service. I called to get information and the girl I initially spoke with gave me all information I asked and scheduled me for an appt. I called to confirm the appt before I left and the person told me they didn't have me scheduled, and they couldn't put me in the class. She was really negative. I wouldn't recommend them and I won't be back. How unprofessional to tell someone they can't attend a class after you told them they could. And 30 min before their appt. Horrible service.

I have been attending classes and events at Lache since early 2019. I love this place so much. It is a home away from home for me. The community is amazing and the fun way to move is second to none. If you are on the fence about coming in to check it out this is your sign to go for it!

Laché Movement is such an inviting space. I came across Laché through ClassPass and decided to take a trampoline class. Roy does a great job of instructing and making sure everyone stays safe. Looking forward to more classes :)
