I love this place and I'm so thankful that a place like this exists for adults. I've taken the tumbling, handstand and parkour classes but my go-to class is trampoline (which includes their trampwall). The vibe is super laid back and friendly. I've also had many great instructors - Roy, Dmitri and Eric to name a few. If you're worried about age then let that go - I will be turning 45 and just recently learned to backflip on the trampoline.

5 stars does not do this place justice, it needs all the stars in the Milky Way! ??They really hit the nail on the head with “ We're here to help you build strength through community, play, and self-expression.”??The support, instruction, guidance, and camaraderie here is the best of any place I’ve ever been! ??This place abounds with laughter, joy, and all around good vibes ?

I have been attending classes and events at Lache since early 2019. I love this place so much. It is a home away from home for me. The community is amazing and the fun way to move is second to none. If you are on the fence about coming in to check it out this is your sign to go for it!

Laché Movement is such an inviting space. I came across Laché through ClassPass and decided to take a trampoline class. Roy does a great job of instructing and making sure everyone stays safe. Looking forward to more classes :)

I’ve been doing pole and circus for some time and have lived in a number of states and have taken classes in different regions of the US. I tried a trapeze class at Lache on a weekday evening. Holy. Cow. The way they pack that studio having 5 or 6 classes at the same time in that small of a space is INSANE to me. I could barely hear my instructor because she was soft spoken and the sound of bouncing/tumbling behind me was just too much. I don’t have ADD as far as I know but it was VERY hard to follow the instructor’s instructions because everywhere in my visual periphery was very active. There’s only one spot of cubby holes to store your stuff so when tumbling takes a water break there is a horde of humans coming at you in the trapeze area. I don’t have any disordered anxiety around crowds but even this was pushing my limits. The vibe of the studio is more competitive and serious than I am used to. It is not a bad thing just something worth noting.I think the very crowded space was just too much for me. I get it— more classes means more people means more money. Maintaining a circus gym isn’t cheap, and I understand. But it’s borderline dangerous to overcrowd a space where people are kicking, jumping, tumbling, etc. and when it’s so noisy I can’t hear proper instructions on how to be safe on an apparatus. It’s a nice studio but anyone who is coming in from out of town who has experienced circus elsewhere, just be mindful that this is not exactly a chill place on weekday evenings.

I tried a some of their classes and I haven’t met an instructor that I haven’t liked. Also very body positive.

This is my favorite place :-) been taking silks here for 6 months along with contortion and all the instructors are really knowledgeable and personable. I’m never made to feel bad about mistakes, but do receive helpful constructive pointers that allow me to progress safely. I’ve also dropped in on random classes too and it’s been really fun! Makes it hard not to just show up every day lol. The schedule is pretty great since you don’t have to commit to more than one class at a time, but do have the option to schedule 5(?) weeks in advance if you need to, and there are usually at least a couple options for each skill level for most apparatuses from what I’ve seen.Price wise, it’s also just the best deal around here and they have a really, really great open gym policy.

Not a huge space, but they really do a lot with it. I took Level 1 Parkour here and felt very welcomed, had a fun time, and got a good workout. Would recommend to anyone starting out and wanting to get a feel for Parkour. Instructor was enthusiastic and great to talk to after class. It looked like all the other things they were doing would have been equally fun and interesting.

SOOOOO much fun!!! I took the beginner aerial class and I had a blast. I must admit once we actually started working with the silks that I was deeply afraid of falling but the instructor and the rest of the class were so encouraging and patient as I worked through the moves. It's a great full body workout and is definitely something that you will feel the next day. Definitely something I would try again! The also provide pole dancing, parkour, contortion and lyra among others!

I adore this place! I have a lot of anxiety going to most gyms, but I feel so comfortable here! The prices for classes are great, and they offer so many things that I have wanted to learn for years! :) If you're on the fence, just try a class or two! I promise you'll love it!

I have been to three other different pole studios in Austin and this one is my favorite because the vibe is just really friendly and open. I haven't experienced that warmth at any other studio in Austin unfortunately. Downsides to Lache's pole area are that I do wish the floor around the poles were cleaner most of the time (I will admit that I'm a bit of a clean freak), like there always is a lot of white dog hair and other debris. And a lot of times there will be people jumping on the trampoline right next to you which is incredibly distracting, especially if it's boys because you feel like they're ogling you.

Our instructor was amazing! She helped walk us through every step and how to be safe. She was funny, goofy and all around a pleasure to work with. There was like 8 poles and 10 people so we had to take turns but we got plenty of time to do it. They even gave us time after the class was over for some free style

My favorite circus gym in town. Open space where all classes take place in the same vicinity which gives a great community atmosphere. The owners teach classes regularly and are nearly always onsite. Instructors are kind understanding professionals who always make sure everything is safe.

I came here for a silks level 2 class. I’d done silks for years in the past (not here) and my favourite thing about it is always that it felt like a safe space for me.My husband booked me an appointment here after we moved to Austin because he knows silks is my happy place. I guess there was some miscommunication with scheduling - not exactly sure what happened but it’s not an issue. My issue is that the instructor (not knowing I was there) practically started to trash talk me, talking about how “some girl’s husband” had called and there was a scheduling conflict but since she’s already on her way (I was not - I was sitting right there) now they have to wait for an extra “mystery girl” and squeeze her in. It just gave off a general mean girl vibe. I had to walk away and cry in the bathroom. If there was a scheduling issue, I would have rather been turned away or told to come back another day, then to be talked about in that way in front of my face.Other than that, I will say that the class was nice and the instructor seemed knowledgeable - hence the 2 stars. I wish I felt like I could come back here but sadly I don’t.
