I truly appreciate and love Talisha, she was over and beyond amazing. Her customer service and amazing skills have me feeling so luxurious. She greeted me and had my name prepared in a cozy area. She offered beverages and encouraged me in so many ways. Her positivity and conversation was so thoughtful. My nails and toes are looking so prestige and gorgeous. Lisa was just fabulous! She is such a kind hearted soul I love talking with her and I love my dazzle dry set (ultra mani) I can’t wait to be back! It was my first time coming in. I wanted to get non toxic nails and wasn’t sure if this was a thing nearby and I found out it was!!! :) <3

I had such a great experience at Lacquer! From start to finish, it was clear that the team truly cares about the health of their clients’ nails. They took their time with the prep work, making sure everything was done thoroughly and gently, which I really appreciated.
Lexi did my manicure and Talisha did my pedicure and both were fantastic! They were not only skilled but also very kind and professional. I especially appreciated how meticulous they were, taking care to ensure no gel polish was cured onto my skin and paying close attention to every detail. My nails look amazing, and I left feeling well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Fabulous gel manicure with Kayci as always - she is a true nail artist, even when you are just doing a single color. Combined with a wonderful pedicure with Lisa, who gives the best foot massage of any nail salon in Austin and always an impeccable pedicure. I’ve been coming for many years and the staff has always been friendly, fun and talented. Highly recommend!

The best manicure and pedicure experience I’ve had! Mell and Lisa are a true dynamic duo—fast, professional, and so detail-oriented. They work perfectly in sync, making the whole appointment smooth and enjoyable. My nails have never looked better, and it was both relaxing and thorough. I've been coming to lacquer for several years now, it's my go to manicure spot. I much prefer the north location, it's a more personable experience then the downtown location. I've been getting the gel overlay manicure and I've been able to keep my nails long and healthy and it looks amazing. And now my nails grow so fast. I've been into getting nail art lately and my nail tech, Kayci, always makes all my ideas come to life so beautifully. She's the best and she always makes sure I leave happy.

Have been trying this spot out now and then because it’s super clean which is important to me. Staff is hit or miss - either warm and welcoming or super cold. Beware paying extra for ultra polish - starting day 3 it was already chipping and receding at the top of my nail.

I have gone to the downtown location several times and have been so impressed with the service I received. Yesterday I visited this location after seeing this one was closer. Shortly after arriving I was meeting my techs and was stunned by the attitude of the one who would be doing my nails. She was very rude and spoke to me in a tone that showed disinterest and annoyance in the fact that she had to be the one helping me . She kept disappearing to the back and when coming back to soak my nails and realizing I had shellac she kept sighing, pulling my fingers to get them into the foils and then quickly went to the front register to speak with the receptionist. I could tell she was speaking about me because they all turned to look at me. It made me feel sad and uncomfortable. Another tech came to work on me . I have never had an experience like that before I will never go there again

One of the highest quality pedicures I’ve ever gotten. The nail tech was very meticulous. Taking stars off because this is the most uncomfortable I’ve ever been during a pedicure. The setup just isn’t working. I had to keep my abs engaged to stop my feet from fully pressing into the foot rest, otherwise the LED lamp would have fallen off (they have to precariously balance it on the small shelf of the foot rest). I had to keep my legs tensed the whole time otherwise the tech would roll backwards any time I tried to let them relax. For a $100 pedicure, I’d expect to be as comfortable as possible. Nothing against the employees AT ALL, they were wonderful truly. I’m sure they can’t be comfortable with that setup either. Management needs to make some sort of improvement there. Going to go home and stretch after that workout, but my toes do look pretty.
Update: just came back for a manicure and it was so lovely. Despite the pedicure discomfort, I trust this place to do my nails WELL which is becoming harder and harder to find.

For a very nice dry pedicure today. Technician was professional and efficient. They use the nail polish that I like - dazzle dry - which lasts such a long time compared to other nail polishes. Would return for another pedicure. They are pricey, but it's a more environmentally friendly pedicure and worth the cost.

I'd never gotten a professional pedicure before as I used to hear horror stories about infections from the soaking, so I was excited to give this soakless pedicure a try and I had a wonderful time. It was relaxing, the space was clean, and Lisa was wonderful. I'll definitely be back.
Edit: I've also gotten IBX treatments with Mell and had an amazing time. My nails are so much stronger after 2 treatments!
