My mom needed a portable, bedside potty (immediately!). I called Lakehills (who fills/delivers her rx's) and YES!! Not only did they have one, they promptly delivered it the next day. Great, friendly service along with fair prices. Thank all of their team for helping us during a stressful time with true customer-centered care.

What a great pharmacy! They carry so many natural alternatives to traditional methods of medicines, as well as your traditional box medications. I am so pleased with the service and wellness products every time I've been here. They carry natural alternatives to allergies, bug spray, kids attention boosters, NeuroTropics, essential oils, charcoal tooth powder, natural soaps and beauty products, etc....GF galore! A very clean establishment and easy to navigate floor space.

I love Lake Hills they go above and beyond for everyone. I work with a local Ophthalmologist office and LH helps us with a lot of surgery patients that are needing post op drops which makes the process for their prescriptions so much more easier vs. dealing with chain pharmacies that don't help the patients with coverage or price. I also use them for my personal RX and love the fact they are so quick and accommodating. Shami and Bristelle , are wonderful to work with and everyone else that I've come in contact with at the pharmacy are always friendly. If you're in the Bee Cave area or have doctors appointments out this way I would definitely go to them they will always take great care of you !

What was once a thriving and friendly local pharmacy, this establishment has gone downhill. Customer service is absolutely lacking, supplement prices have skyrocketed, and you are better off going to Amazon or Alive and Well for your wellness needs. Recently, I made a stop at Lake Hills pharmacy to pick up a product that I have purchased over and over again to be told that the product was not in fact over the counter, that I needed a prescription. I was talked over, and interrogated about my need for this item. Stunned, I walked out out, got in my car and ordered it directly off Amazon - I got two for half the price of one at LHP. The rude customer service is resulting in lost money.

Lake Hills Pharmacy provides excellent and friendly customer service and prompt filling of medications. I’ve been so pleased with their staff since I started using them. Everyone is polite and they even called me with a pre-recorded birthday message. This pharmacy has my medication in stock when other pharmacies have no timeline to be able to receive or dispense the prescription. Lake Hills’ mailing service is great and economical if you aren’t super close (I’m on the other side of the city). Greatly appreciate my prescriber recommending this pharmacy. Thanks to the staff for always being so friendly and polite.

Can't recommend this pharmacy enough. Their customer service is what does it for me. I call and within a minute, I am talking with a human! They are helpful with payments and mailing meds. All around amazing people, structure, and they really care.

I have been to many compounding/wellness pharmacies in Austin, recently I have discovered Lake Hills Pharmacy on Bee Cave Road. The customer service and staff are wonderful. The prices are better than most of their competitors. When I arrived there I met their wellness director Radhia. I was amazed at her gentleness and knowledge. I came in with some health challenges and she was so kind and had a fantastic grasp of just what I needed. She spent time helping me resolve my issues. She was patient and gave me way more than I would expect from a practitioner of her caliber. I felt much better in just a few days after taking her recommendations. I sensed that she genuinely cared about me. And I was duly impressed by her knowledge, candor and professionalism. Thanks Radhia and the staff at Lake Hills Pharmacy. You will always be my treasured place to go for my wellness needs.

Such a beautiful location, extremely clean and organized with the most amazing staff! Robert in the compound department is Amazing and so helpful (they all are so helpful and kind). I 100% recommend Lake Hills Pharmacy to anyone who needs compounds or even just a great pharmacy! They offer easy shipping to your door and are amazing with communication! Love this place!
