I was very pleased with the storage unit I had for 6 months. The unit was very clean, spacious and there was easy access to a cart to move things from the car to the unit. Laura was a delight to work with! I will definitely be back!

Laura is awesome! Helped me out when I was in a pinch and needed to move out quickly. Even passed me the info of a mover. The facility is clean and safe. This is my first time putting items into storage and feel better knowing there is a sense in my units to let me know the is activity in my units. The facility is well lit even at night. I almost forgot to mention the free moving truck, easy to drive and a good size.

I inquired about cost but never signed the agreement because it said that I need to pay with cashiers check or cash. I was charged for the month and nobody answered the phone after several calls. I logged in the site and there is no way to remove your card. This place is robbing from prospects. BE AWARE.Update: I emailed the manager and she reversed the charges. I had to change my credit card because there was no way to remove my card number from my account.

We have rented 2 different storage units from Lakeline Storage scanning a 5 year period, beginning May 2018 - August 2023. All went well in the beginning, in the first few years, but the past couple years things have changed drastically and I can't - not do a review because the situation was so awful! On Saturday, 8/5/23 we moved out of the unit we had rented, we were unable to let the management know we were moving out because no one was in the office that day, late morning into the afternoon. On Monday, 8/7/23 I called to let them know we were all moved out and that we need to close the account out and to make sure I didn't need to do anything further. I tried several times throughout the week to contact someone by phone, but no one ever answered the phone. During that time I pulled up the website and I noticed the prices of the same size unit and type we had was listed at half the price we were paying for our unit we just moved out of. The price on that unit went up in price several times over the 4 years we had that unit, and I thought well that is not right, that is not good! After leaving several messages and being transferred to a call center on Monday morning, 8/14 at 10:15am, still no one was answering the phone on site at the Lakeline location. I also sent an email to the customer care email listed on the website. I explained to the call center in Arizona my situation and I need confirmation from someone from that location. I got a call back and this is where things went really BAD! The employee named Joshuwa Little was extremely rude and had an attitude from the first word he said. I assume he had learned I was frustrated that I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. I told him I wanted to confirm that the move out is complete and to make sure that I didn't need to do anything else. I also told him I had been on the website and that I noticed the prices were significantly lower that the price I had been paying, I wanted to let them know I felt cheated and scammed, and that wasn't good that I was being charged a much higher price. I wanted to let the management and owner know (I would most certainly want to know if I were in their shoes) how a longtime customer felt when seeing the drastic price difference. He actually said to me, "your feeling don't matter at all" it's in your contract, and when I said I was going to make my review based on this experience, I told him he was rude and needed to be more kind, that kindness goes a long way. He also sent me 4 different emails, even after our phone conversation on Monday, and there was nothing else that was needed. The emails were very hateful, rude and totally unnecessary, no purpose at all other that to continue to lash out at me! I guess I really triggered him, he said in an email that he doesn't see me making bad reviews because of high grocery, gas or electric prices, I am thinking what the heck is wrong with him??? If HEB or QT or PEC were to charge me more for groceries, gas or electricity than newer customers, I would complain also. REALLY? I am just shocked at how rude and angry he was. My negative review wouldn't have been about the price at all, it would have been about not being able to contact anyone on the phone, but I probably wouldn't have even done a review, for just that alone. It just really rubbed me the wrong way, and I felt like I had been done wrong along with not being able to reach anyone. Management has not contacted me, not that I need them to, or that I want them to at this point, but who treats customers like this? He said to me: "the customer is NOT always right" which is true, but I never said that the customer was always right, so again, what the heck! My advise is: if you rent from them and they raise your price, check the prices on the website, and if lower, call them right away, hopefully they hire someone to answer the phone by then, and tell them you want the same price as on the website!

Needed a storage locker asap! Laura responded quickly and she was very knowledgeable and professional to get the size that met our needs.The storage complex is very clean and the ac actually works! I was worried about not having a ground level unit but with the elevator and the hand truck it was a breeze. Excellent facility and customer service, definitely choose this place over other places. Their pricing is competitive too!

Laura at Lakeline Storage is the best, not only is the facility top notch, clean, easy to access, the climate control is fabulous so for those hot summer texas days it makes moving a little less stressful but the customer service that Laura provides the second you walk through the front door is like none other. I needed a 2nd unit in a pinch and Laura was so quick, fast and accommodating. Showed me multiple units so that I could pick what would work best for me. I've had my fair share of storage units around the country and this is by far the cleanest and the best. Thanks Laura for making this a breeze. 1 More thing, they offer a free moving truck the day of move in (if available) they only have 1 on site but usually its pretty open. Huge bonus.

Storage unit is ok but they raise their rates quickly, once you have moved in. Doubled my rent in two years time. Greedy corporate entity. They drive inflation to all of us. Avoid them if you can!!

Wonderful experience during a big move! And surprisingly spacious! I had rented a 10x7 and still had so much room to spare. During the heavy texas heat, everything stays very cool. The manager, Laura is very dedicated to security and calls if the storage hadn't been locked correctly which is comforting to know they care about keeping your belongings safe. I heavily reccomend this place as a trustworthy storage facility.
