The Lakeshore Learning Store is truly toy heaven! My 3-year-old had an amazing time at an event hosted by the store. He was completely captivated from the remote-controlled robot to the toy drill and screws, all the way to our pretend “three scoops of ice cream.”
We spent about an hour exploring this beautiful, engaging space, and every minute was filled with excitement and curiosity. My son left already asking when we could come back thankfully, there’s another event on November 15!
We can’t wait to see you all again soon. 💛

OMG, next level customer service experience thanks to Aaron, Brandee, and Emry!
I needed to replace seven 3X3 bulletin boards in our classrooms at GMZ. So, I phoned the store and asked, “If I purchase a fadeless bulletin board paper roll, could it be cut to the above dimensions for easy installation? Aaron said this is not normally done, but if I visit the store when an additional employee arrives, he’d make every effort.
Listen, Brandee and Emry are on the floor measuring twice for accuracy and now cutting as I type this review.
This is exceptional customer service, above and beyond. Grateful for this team!

I love this store and location. Visited it today,Aaron greeted me and asked if i needed assistance. He helped me go right to the section I was looking for. I picked up some learning materials for my nieces and nephews. Will be going back next week to pick out a learning gift for my baby nephew.

You can buy 50 good quality index cards at HEB for about a dollar or 100 for $1.34. Here, they come with a hole punched through and a metal ring and cost $6+ for 100. Incredible

Exceptional store with outstanding employees. We have been shopping here for years and we’ve found so many wonderful educational treasures. My kids love spending time in the store and playing with the sets that they have out. It’s such a fun place! We recently attended a free event at the store and it was very enjoyable. The employees were unbelievably kind and patient with the children as they did the hands on activities. Emry helped my kids and she was amazing. Betsy is another amazing employee that I’ve chatted with many times. All the girls at the store are just wonderful and I wish I knew all of their names to give them the praise that they deserve. Thank you so much to everyone who makes this store such a wonderful place for my kids!

I was replenishing classroom supplies today and, of course, Lakeshore Learning is always my go-to store for teacher's supplies. I've been a Lakeshore Learning Store member for so long, my husband noticed my maiden name still appeared when we rang up at the register. Emma was super helpful and was able to update it for me, along with my current e-mail address. I also received a free tote bag for signing up for their text alert savings coupons. Thank you, Emma! Always fun to check out what's new in store.

Try to support local companies! Yeah, right! Maybe this company can afford to have snotty reps who answer their phones. Placed an order for FREE shipping, but apparently that's just a c'mon. Their unorganized online ordering doesn't dictate shipping from pick-up. The snotty clerk was quick to cancel to the order v being helpful. As an incredibly busy teacher, the last thing I have time for is running all over Austin to pick up orders. Good riddance LLS, hello Amazon!

What a wonderful store! Welcoming and exciting. My children loved it, I loved it! Jharna was amazing and kind, especially at check out, and was very patient. All parents should definitely visit this store. Will absolutely be back!

Great educational toy store! There is a huge selection and a great section for teachers and educators. There is a wonderful variety of toys to chose from. Something for every child at each developmental level. Our daughter loved being able to touch and explore the toys. The prices are very reasonable as well. Best part is parking is so quick and easy you can pop in real quick.

The store associates are just marvelous! We were greeted when we walked in and even showed around. My son immediately saw this castle set, and it's a hit! We accidentally found this store looking for frozen yogurt in the shopping center. I didn't expect to buy anything, but they had a great selection and the staff was so nice. Thank you, Lakeshore team!

This is my go-to store for presents for my grandkids. I LOVE this place! There are so many educational toys that my grandkids always enjoy. There is a wide variety of items and the sales associates are great at making suggestions after you describe the kids. Every time I've bought presents here, my grandkids have enjoyed them. Like the Terminator, I'll be back (and I just ordered my latest round of presents from them)
