Went in today originally for an alignment, mount, and balance. Eric called me and explained to me that my tires were bald and helped me get new ones at an affordable price. 10/10 would recommend. Also Eric is a nice guy and deserves a raise.

Stopped in because that pesky tire pressure warning light wouldn't go away. Even though it was right at closing, the nicest young gentleman assisted me and got me back on the road in just a few minutes. Highly recommend them for friendly, professional service.

I had the opportunity to come in for an inspection while the roads were dry. Arriving 15mins before the posted hours said the shop will be open, a front service worker, Mr. Kildahl, met me at my car door to initiate the que line for the day. His attentiveness and great service was admirable from the beginning and throughout the experience. The automotive service was finished efficiently. Great start of a day!

I had a great experience. Lala keep me informed every step of the process was very polite and took care of everything in a timely matter. She was also very patient with me and explain to me everything that I needed to know. They kept me aware of all repairs that needed to be done and how much everything was going to cost. Keep up the good work ma'am.

Great experience with Lamb's on McNeil. They provided me with suggested repairs, like brake pads, air filter, etc. through a link and provided pictures to support the suggestions but I did not feel pressure to have any other repairs done. They were also able to fit my car in for a very necessary oil change and tire rotation. I also love that they send coupons for oil changes and other services.

I took my car in because the check engine light was on. After spending more than $2,500 the check engine light is still on.The manager called to check and see if everything was okay with the car when I got it home. I told him about the problem I was having and he immediately offered to take it back and get the proper repair made right away. When I got it back to him the charge for the repairs he gave me a break on the cost. I was very happy with how I was treated.

Changing my review from 1 star to 5 star. I got a call from the store manager today morning and explained me what actually happened for the delay and also got my car serviced right away with all inspections. I was in and out within 1 hour. Thanks you so much to the store manager (Michaël, sorry if i misspelled your name), he was so friendly and courteous and also apologized for whatever happened. He was on top of my car and gave me in detail information about what are the urgent needs for my car which needs to be fixed immediately and which can be done later. He has given me in detail estimate for the car repairs and also mentioned he has recently taken over the store from another management and giving his 100% to give his customers full satisfaction and get 5 star ratings.I will be visiting this store going forward as i love the response i got from the manager

Brought a tire in that was too large for them to repair in-house, but rather than turn me away (as another shop had done) they found a way to get it repaired overnight. Thanks to Eric for being so resourceful and helpful, and I will for sure be coming back to Lamb's for quality and great customer service!

Typed in Cheap Oil Change in Austin, an an $18.99 coupon came up. Made an appointment to come in for oil change today. They refused to honor it and said is was expired, (Not, it expires on 11-30-2023) said they had to use full synthetic oil in my car and it was $48.95 instead of $18.99. I've never used synthetic oil. What a rip off!!!!

Great company to work with! Very responsive and helpful through out the entire time. Trey was also so great to work with. He was willing to get someone to pick up one of my drivers from my location so the truck wasn’t left out on the highway. Thank you for everything.

They kept my car for 3 and a half days for a/c repair that takes 6 hours. I turned in my car on Monday at 7am and after showing up on Thursday at 8am demanding they either fix it or give me the keys they started working on it.I called Monday around 5pm and asked for the status and was told by Michael that he was on hold for 45 minutes with my warranty company and never got through to them and was then told, "I'll call first thing in the morning when they aren't busy." Tuesday morning came and no call from Michael. I called my warranty company and got through in 3 minutes to a claims rep. Called Lamb's and Mike answered. I put us on conference call and he said that he hadn't finished making the ticket. Why call the night before and wait 45 minutes when he was not ready? Later that afternoon he called me and said he got through, and ordered the approved parts, and will start work first thing in the morning. I called again around 5pm on Wednesday and asked for the status. Mike told me they ran into a issue but didn't tell me what that issue was. He said the car will 100% be done Thursday morning. He told me on Monday when I turned the car in that it would take 1 day to 2 days tops depending upon the diagnosis, which wasn't done until Tuesday a whole 24 hours after I turned it in. I told him that I needed it back by Thursday because of work and he said no problem. I called my boss to take off Thursday and showed up around 7:30am at the shop. I advised the guy at the desk either fix it this morning or give me the keys. I was told it will be done by mid-day. I stepped out side and saw my vehicle in the shop with just the hood up and not parked on the rack. The mechanics didn't show up until 9am. They finally started work and it only took 4.5 hours to complete, the exact time my warranty company said they paid for. Take my experience however you want but know you run the risk of getting the run-around with this shop. Will never use this location and very cautious of using Lamb in the future.

Extremely frustrating goose chase after FIRST receiving excellent care and service at the location in Northwest Austin off of McNeil. It seems they forgot to balance my tires after repairing a leak from a nail in my tire so my steering wheel was shaking any time I went above 60 mph. I called them back, and the manager kindly told me to immediately pull over and she would send someone but I was not in a place where that was feasible. She then directed me to the closest lambs on Farr West Boulevard. The front office people told me it would take 3 to 4 hours, which I did not have after having just spent my entire morning at the other location, just for them to check the balance which I had been told they would be able to do immediately and would only take about 10 to 15 minutes.Leaving out a bunch of other details. I ultimately ended up, leaving there to go to a different lambs on S. Lamar, per direction of the manager at the Far West location, saying it was one of the less busy locations in Austin (and more convenient for where I live). So I drove to that location only to be told that it was actually the busiest location in the city and I would have to leave my car for the rest of the day (it was now 2 PM) and it would be fixed by 7 PM. I was also told if I wanted to come back first thing in the morning when they open at 7 AM, I would be first in line as a walk-in and I could be out within an hour. So I rearranged my schedule after losing so much time that day, woke up early to be, the first one there when the doors opened at 7 AM only to be told, “I’m sorry. I don’t know who gave you that information but it is wrong.” He told me I would have to leave the car the entire day for them to look at it 12 hrs!!). I ended up driving 25 minutes back north to the original location who took care of it immediately. What started out as a really good experience ended up being exhausting, frustrating, and an enormous waste of many hours of my time and inconvenience.
