I’ve been going to Michelle for my lashes since I moved to Austin, and her work is absolutely fabulous! She’s so skilled and detailed, making sure my lashes always look perfect and natural. Not only is her technique flawless, but she’s also very kind, professional, and attentive to her clients’ needs. I tell her the look I'm going for and she understands the assignment every single time <3. I always leave feeling even more beautiful and confident! I don’t take time to write reviews often but Lash-Me and Michelle are so deserving! I have been a loyal customer of Michelle’s for the past year and a half, as I was looking for natural and classic eyelash extensions. Michelle is warm and personable, with an inviting and clean studio that makes you immediately feel at home. The fact that Michelle is the one that always does your lashes is a plus, given her many years of experience and knowing the quality and service will be consistent each visit (a plus vs. some of the larger lash studios). Also, Michelle is incredibly quick and diligent, getting her clients in and out in very reasonable time which is so important. Lash-Me truly is Austin’s best lashes - and I had my lashes done by several high-end studios in NYC and Michelle is simply the best and such a professional lash technician. Recently, she also has been offering oil-proof and water-resistant lashes which I have really enjoyed. Couldn’t recommend her and Lash-Me more!

I had a fantastic experience with Michelle at Lash Me LLC. She delivered a stunning full lash set that looked incredibly full and beautiful. 10/10 for a luxury custom lash experience. Michelle is so personable and her space is extremely relaxing. What I appreciate most is Michelle’s light hand (I have sensitive, dry eyes, but with Michelle I literally doze off) and her ability to customize your set. I’ve gotten a subtle set, a glamorous set, and some in between. She knocks it out of the park each time and the lashes last, even on vacation. I’m so glad I’ve found her here in Austin! I would absolutely recommend her services for anyone looking for a custom lash set and luxurious experience.

I’ve been going to Michelle at Lash-Me monthly for 10 years and every time Michelle does a beautiful job! The waterproof glue has my lashes lasting around 5 weeks and hold up even while swimming and working out! The picture below is my lashes after a day of surfing. Michelle is an expert and I wouldn’t trust my lashes to anyone else!

When you find someone who not only is a wonderful individual with the biggest heart, but is also highly-skilled at what they do, you don't leave them; and I can say Michelle is without a doubt that person!
I can always trust her to make sure that on those days I need a big or small lash touch-up, she delivers and also does so by applying the highest quality lashes, with care - not only is she a constant learner in her industry by staying on top of new techniques in application and products, she truly takes her clients vision and brings them to life!
What I most appreciate most about Michelle is that she stands by the quality of her work and will never let you walk away dissatisfied- this is truly her craft and she cares about her clients satisfaction and treats them like family! I've been getting my lashes done by Michelle for 8 years, and I can't imagine going anywhere else! Michelle isn't just my lash guru; she's also become a dear friend and my go-to for some logical life advice during our sessions. Her studio is always spotless and comfy, making it a relaxing session. Plus, it's in a convenient location with free parking, which is a huge bonus. I always appreciate my reminder calls from Sam:)
My lashes are consistently gorgeous, and I get frequent compliments. I prefer a natural look with just a little extra pizzazz and Michelle delivers exactly what I want each time. If you're looking for beautiful lashes and great company, Michelle is your gal!

Michelle is THE lash women! Ive been going to here for about 8ish months and have not been disapointed yet.
She gets me in and out in an hour or less with amazing results. She piloted her new glue on me and the results were fantastic, mind you I don't really take great care of my lashes, they lasted me for 5 weeks before I needed a touch up. Even then I didn't really need one, just wanted to treat myself.
I 100% recommend her everytime someone asks me where I get my lashes.
