“One of the cleanest laundromats I have been to! You can tell the staff really cares to maintain the cleanliness which is so rare for a laundromat. Never too crowded either. Will be back for sure. They also have a great wash/dry/fold service and can wash duvets/comforters for you.”
“great laundry mat! it is a tad smaller then most but super clean and fairly priced newer looking machines. The inside is very welcoming and pretty, lots areas to fold clothes and carts to move them. Not sure if lady working owned the place or just manager but she was suuuuper helpful and nice, legit felt like i was going back to my moms place to get help with doing my laundry. overall great place that i’d recommend for sure”
“I like this laundry facility. Clean, 24-hour operations, and extreme security on several levels. Machines that have always worked with several various dollar amounts. Layman terms, choices. Coin or token availability. Laundry is not my personal favorite chore, but I complete the laundry in a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. “I needed to use two large washers today and came to Michael A laundromat. It is clean and well maintained. Adel was most helpful. He got me started on the washers (how to use the machines and providing change) and then kindly moved the two comforters on to dryers. This enabled me to run some errands and then return at a time estimate he provided. I feel very fortunate to have this business located in a nice neighborhood nearby. Thank you for the positive experience and great service today - many thanks!”

“Very clean laundromat with plenty of machines—washers in two sizes (18 lb and 30 lb) and large dryers. We stopped here during a road trip and weren’t familiar with the system, but the staff was very helpful.
No coins are needed. Instead, you purchase a laundry card for $2 and load it with funds using either cash or a credit card, then use the laundry card to pay at the machines.
They also sell detergent pods on site, including options for sensitive skin.”
“My dryer died yesterday and I had two loads of laundry to finish. My husband and I visited this laundromat this evening and were pleasantly surprised. Three levels of washing machines and dryers based on load sizes. Coin operated machines which were reasonably priced. We were able to complete two loads of laundry in one hour! The place was clean and machines were in working order. Vending machines were somewhat sparce (but it was Monday). Didn't use the ATM because someone else provided a review about a high service charge. Didn't use the restroom, so no idea how clean those were. I was pretty bummed that the Short Stop location across the way was closed and demolished. Overall, a great visit!”

“Very quick, clean and convenient. Even more convenient with the washer and dryers being connectable to a smartphone app where you can pay, set controls, and monitor time left. Pretty expensive but the washers is big and dryers is huge. Free wifi, and open 24/7. But without staff you can't access the restroom.”

I frequent this location and have to give this review because literally…. They are amazing!! Seriously, the best- cleanest spot ever. The machines are affordable and work great!! Also very clean!!
The dryers are fast and I’m in and out pretty quick!! Nick is also great, very attentive, very active! Always cleaning and always on the go, but yet will stop everything and help a customer when needed. Nick and his wife are new management and let me tell you, this change is epic. I will continue coming here just based off the amazing service given! Thank you guys for all your hard work! ??”

“i needed to come here to get graduation dresses dry cleaned. the service is next day pick up, and the prices are good! $20 is the minimum price for 10Ibs of clothing.. which is a lot of clothing. i wish i could of paid less than $20 since my clothes weren’t 1Ib even, but i understand why there is a minimum to help the company. very quick and easy!”

“I honestly don’t understand why this place has poor reviews. Reid’s Cleaners & Laundry has been consistently excellent for me.
The customer service alone deserves five stars. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted warmly and made to feel genuinely cared for. They even help carry your clothes out to the car, which feels rare these days and so appreciated.
Is it expensive? Yes. But so are most dry cleaners in Austin, and I’m more than happy to pay a premium for great service and quality work. They do an excellent job with clothing. I’ve brought in several higher-end pieces for both myself and my husband and have never had a single issue.
The hours are convenient, the location is easy to get in and out of, and the overall experience is consistently smooth and professional. Highly recommend if you value great service and well-done work!”
