“Worked all night and needed my clothes washed so I called about the wash and fold services they said the attendee wouldn’t be there until 9 so I was kind of bummed out until they told me to go ahead and leave my clothes and information and they would take care of it and sure enough my clothes were ready same day nice and crispy I appreciate yall for taking care of me yall will always have my business anytime I’m in Austin Tx!!!!!!”

“I like this laundry facility. Clean, 24-hour operations, and extreme security on several levels. Machines that have always worked with several various dollar amounts. Layman terms, choices. Coin or token availability. Laundry is not my personal favorite chore, but I complete the laundry in a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. I travel from a center point in Austin to Wells Branch Pkwy. It's true ?”
“It's been 30 years since I last used a laundromat. A lot has changed but with the help of the wonderful staff my visit went smoothly. The facility was clean and comfortable. I will definitely use them again.”
“My dryer died yesterday and I had two loads of laundry to finish. My husband and I visited this laundromat this evening and were pleasantly surprised. Three levels of washing machines and dryers based on load sizes. Coin operated machines which were reasonably priced. We were able to complete two loads of laundry in one hour! The place was clean and machines were in working order. Vending machines were somewhat sparce (but it was Monday). Didn't use the ATM because someone else provided a review about a high service charge. Didn't use the restroom, so no idea how clean those were. I was pretty bummed that the Short Stop location across the way was closed and demolished. Overall, a great visit!”

“You should give them another try if you had a bad experience with an employee. I do laundry on the weekends and the manager is up front ready to help if you need anything. Clean. Coinless! Plenty of washers and dryers. In and out.”

“I truly enjoy coming here to do my clothes. The machines are quite efficient and thoroughly clean everything. What I appreciate best about this facility is that it feels comfortable, light, and well-organized. It's not one of those laundromats that appears run-down. I can sit and relax while the items are washed, making laundry day much easier. Honestly, Parmer Laundromat makes the entire procedure quick and easy, and I don't mind returning every week.”
“Very quick, clean and convenient. Even more convenient with the washer and dryers being connectable to a smartphone app where you can pay, set controls, and monitor time left. Pretty expensive but the washers is big and dryers is huge. Free wifi, and open 24/7. But without staff you can't access the restroom.”

I frequent this location and have to give this review because literally…. They are amazing!! Seriously, the best- cleanest spot ever. The machines are affordable and work great!! Also very clean!!
The dryers are fast and I’m in and out pretty quick!! Nick is also great, very attentive, very active! Always cleaning and always on the go, but yet will stop everything and help a customer when needed. Nick and his wife are new management and let me tell you, this change is epic. I will continue coming here just based off the amazing service given! Thank you guys for all your hard work! ??”

“I had a blanket that I had to wash due to my cat peeing on it, when we got our blanket back, it had 0 stains and was much brighter. I'm so happy, we have weak washers in our apartment and we've been trying to find a cheap place to get it cleaned. I'm so happy me and my boyfriend have a comfy comforter again. Thanks ?”

“Wonderful service, rarely leave reviews but I had to for these guys! Their complimentary pickup and delivery service is excellent and convenient. The delivery was slightly delayed and I was informed about it promptly. There were a few pieces they could not dry clean and they were very transparent about it and even advised me on other alternative methods to clean them without damaging them. I trusted them with expensive vintage designer pieces and they all came back like new and in perfect condition. Best dry cleaners in town! You will not regret taking your business to them. 5 Star service.”

“The Seamstress and her husband do absolutely wonderful work and are so accommodating. I needed a last minute repair on a particularly difficult item, a very high end leather skirt with a split seem. She made time for me as I explained to her it was a rush job and she worked some serious magic in 20 minutes or less. It was like the tear never happened. Looked brand new. And it only cost ~$13. “Good, efficient service, good automated messaging. I had an issue when I brought in a piece with a large amount of cat hair, and the cat hair was removed, but there was still lint on the dress. This is something I could solve at home with a lint roller or by picking the lint off from around the dress with my fingers, but if I pay $23 to have an item cleaned, I want to know we can hang it up in our closet and not worry about it until the next event.Initial response at desk was to allow me to leave the article and pay again for it to be cleaned. I asked to leave a complaint and the manager came out and offered to get the lint off quickly without further charge, which he did.I’m happy with the service and will come back.”
