This is the only laundromat I’m willing to use. The staff is friendly and the washing machines are up to date. Maggie is always the most helpful and the most hospitable if you ever need any help - she talks to you like you’ve know each other for years. Definitely recommend.

I haven’t been to many laundry places but this one is the best I’ve been to. A little confusing your first time in since they use a laundry card and it was my first time using one.
It’s $2.00 to buy a card and then $4.75 for a small washer and $7.00 for a larger. They have extra large washers that cost $9.00 but honestly you could away with the first two unless you’re doing comforters or quilts.
It’s $0.85 for 8 minutes of a dryer and you can keep adding time.
Honestly I can’t put into words how nice the people are here, every time I’ve come in the workers are so friendly and can help answer any questions. I’ve left some clothes behind once and when I came back they still had it for me in the back!!

Very clean place. Attendant was helpful. I came here because the coin laundromat down the street closed early for the day. Had to purchase a $2 fund card to be able to use the machines. Spent $7 for a regular sized wash. —Thought that was a bit pricey. The large dryers were much cheaper but ultimately, I ended up spending more money than I anticipated for a single wash and dry. I’d say if you don’t plan on making this your regular wash spot there are better, cheaper options.

I went to wash and dry at a new location and I meet the worker there name Gina and she was amazing and wonderful at what she does. I would recommend this location to many people..

When I confronted their customer support, expecting a resolution or, at the very least, an explanation, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior. They were completely unprofessional, constantly dodging my inquiries and giving me vague answers that made no logical sense. It was as if they had a rehearsed script to manipulate frustrated customers into giving up.The most distressing part of this whole ordeal is the fact that they haven't returned my clothes. I entrusted Hamperapp with my valuable garments, only to have them vanish into thin air. Their lack of accountability and refusal to take responsibility for their incompetence is truly mind-boggling. It's not just about the monetary value of the clothes; it's the sentimental value and the inconvenience it has caused.The incompetence and unprofessionalism displayed by Hamperapp are beyond unacceptable. Their business practices are unethical, untrustworthy, and leave customers in utter despair. Without a doubt, I strongly advise against utilizing their laundry delivery service.I strongly urge potential customers to consider alternative options that value the customer experience and prioritize the safe handling and timely delivery of clothes. It's a shame that a service that initially appeared promising turned out to be a complete disaster; spare yourself the headache from Hamperapp at all costs.
