I want to thank Danny for giving me a wonderful customer experience. He drove the Ford Maverick to my home in Leander and showed me the vehicle, and I was able to test drive, because I did not have a vehicle. He also sent me full videos with explanations for Lariat and also for Ford Escape.
While I did not purchase the car from Leif Johnson Ford of Austin, I have earned the great friendship of Danny, he was customer centric, his commitment to work is impeccable, and 5 stars for his personal excellence.

Brandon Large did an excellent job of coordinating my service, and I'm very pleased with my experience. He showed great expertise about the problems I was experiencing, ordered the necessary parts, and had me bring my vehicle back in to address the issues. His communication was clear and timely, and he even helped coordinate the return of my car while I was away on a trip.

Leo Light made buying a truck as easy as picking up a bag of mulch from Home Depot. Everything was so easy from custom ordering to picking it up. No mandatory needless add-ons that you don’t want to pay for. He’s also quick to respond to any questions you may have. 5 stars!

This is for the service department, I brought in my mustang because the anti theft light was on and keeping me from driving I just replaced the ignition switch and transponder that reads the chip in the key in hopes that it would remedy the issue, I figured well I’ll leave the panel off so it wouldn’t be such a hassle for the technicians they are of course certified and know what they’re doing. No that was not the case I was told that it would be 1200 to put back together then the 225 for the diagnostic then when I declined because that’s just crazy they still charged me a diagnostic fee to get my car back, they couldn’t even be bothered to pass a jump box to roll up my windows as the battery died in-tow to the dealership they did put a piece of plastic over the windows so there’s that I guess

I would like to take a minute to tell you about my experience with the sales staff during my visit on 9.2.2024.
The people here are great. Frank Castro was my salesman, he was very upbeat and energetic and made me feel welcome to your dealership. Because of him my visit and deal making was very enjoyable. Frank answered or found the answer to all the questions I asked and he was polite and engaged conversation with my daughter (12 years old) as well as her friend and my wife. I believe he made everyone feel welcome. Your finance manager Wesley Staton is knowledgeable and patient with me explaining all the warranties and insurances that were available for purchase. Wesley made sure I understood the financing, fees, and documents we were signing. Making a deal with your dealership was quick and easy. Both Frank and Wesley made me feel like I had been doing business with your dealership for years.
We enjoyed our time at your dealership and even though I only mentioned a couple of names, everyone that we came in contact with were very polite and had a great attitude.
You have a great staff, I look forward to doing business with Leif Johnson Ford again.

2018 F150 with 85K miles had rattling noise when starting. They replaced the timing phasers and had it done in 3 days. No more rattle and it was covered under the Ford extended warranty

Just wanted to say service manager Brandon Large took great care of my Ford Lightning and me for my regular service maintenance. Found a bunch of recalls and installed all of the parts in a timely manner. Great communication in letting me know the ETA of completion of my vehicle. I can comfotably recommend Ford Electric Vehicle service and F150 Lightning EV owners to Brandon Large at Leif Johnson.
