I bought a pair of Levi’s pants for my husband, but they were too long. They didn’t have the right size in stock, so we decided to get them shortened at the official store. The communication was great, David emailed me, asked questions, and confirmed the details. Everything was very pleasant and professional.
Unfortunately, I wasn’t happy with the final result. The length was perfect, just as we requested, but the stitching ended up uneven and not very neat, and there was even a small hole made in the fabric. For the price we paid, I expected better quality work. Communication was 5 stars, but the craftsmanship really needs improvement.

Emma at the austin Texas domain location was absolutely amazing including all the sweet ladies there. I haven’t been jean shopping in over 3 years and was very self conscious about trying on new clothes let alone walking into the store. Emma immediately made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions and gave me fantastic suggestions and feedback on what would make me feel the most confident in what I was asking. She listened throughly and made me feel safe and not judged and I ended up buying new jeans that I’m so excited to wear out into the world (I already have an outfit planned for tomorrow hehe) Thank you again Emma ! Give this girl a raise!!!

I couldn't recommend this location enough! I came in to look for some new Chinos. The story was very tidy, clean, and we'll organized. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made the experience very easy and comfortable. I didnt catch their names but, honestly, one of the best retail experiences I've had in a long while. And of course, no one makes jeans and pants like Levi's.

EMILY. great customer service. Listened closely, gave great suggestions, trustworthy. Never felt like I was being “sold”. Went in to buy one pair of jeans after losing weight, left with 2 pairs and plans to buy more! THANKS EMILY!

I was greeted as soon as I entered the store and they immediately pointed me in the right direction. The girl who greeted me was very knowledgeable about the styles and fits they had in stock. The cashier who checked me out was very nice and responsive. He let me know about signing up with a Levi’s account and informed me about the app as well as the tailoring services their store offered.

I’ll start off by saying I don’t like clothes shopping especially jeans and on top of that not knowing my size is super intimidating and embarrassing. Jordan greeted me right away and picked out several pairs of jeans for me and got me in a fitting room right away! Micheal was back by the fitting rooms grabbing additional sizes and styles for me until I found the ones that I loved. It was truly such a great experience and I would come back just for the inviting and positive atmosphere. I’ve never been in Levi’s and I’ve never worn Levi’s jeans and I walked out today with 3 new pairs and feeling fabulous. Thanks guys!!!

I rarely feel compelled to write retail store reviews but I had an amazing experience here. I told an employee what I was looking for, and they had me in a fitting room within 2 minutes with a few options. They were extremely fast and accommodating with finding new sizes. Found some great jeans :)

Always a really good experience. I brought my son in for new jeans recently and Garfield was a huge help.
