Pharmacy staff is rude. Pharmacy staff will cut you off when speaking on the phone.

I'm really sad to have to be writing this today, but I had a very poor experience the last time I visited this pharmacy, especially since I thought my first visit was so wonderful with the nicest people. The nature of my medication is already under some heat due to it being considered a mental health medication, and my experience with the woman there was just so inappropriate I would never want my family or friends to experience what I went through with her. My doctor sent in the request, and when I came in to pick up, she informed me that they did not have that medication at all. (this was untrue because when I had called ahead, she told me that she did have it in stock otherwise I wouldn't have arrived there. When I showed up all of a sudden they were out). The most bizarre thing about all of this was her lying about whether or not they had the medication or were able to reorder it, etc (not sure what the protocol is), but she failed at being able to answer any of my questions directly or tell me what I was supposed to do. Since I filled this prescription with them before, I was even more confused. When I tried to ask her why I was able to fill it before and couldn't' this time, she was unable to answer me and cut me off and said "yes we were able to help you out before but we can't now..." What? Do I need to contact my doctor? My Insurance? I don't understand. She then went as far as to tell me that I needed to find another way to manage my symptoms for whatever it is I have. I don't believe this woman is a certified doctor nor a pharmacist, but it was just beyond inappropriate and unprofessional and I would never treat a customer/patient that way in my entire life no matter what kind of prescription was given to them by their doctor. I pray this pharmacy gets better but in the meantime, I would recommend your family goes elsewhere if it's a sensitive medication.

This place is a joke. They’re never open when they say they will be, and don’t bother letting you know they’re out of your medication until after you’ve submitted the RX twice and been waiting for 2 weeks. The store itself is filthy and cluttered. I try to support small business, but this was a horrible experience.

I bought crutches for a family member that is 5’9”. I was assured they would be the right size. I questioned it several times. There was only one person working who was overly busy. He was also the pharmacist. I told him I would be driving a long distance to deliver them and again asked if they would work. He assured me again. They didn’t. They only went up to 5’2”. I will not be back to this place.

Great staff, small business, local owner. I've been going to them for over a year. Sadly they do not take GoodRX.

poorly run business. I wanted to like them just because they usually have stock of my medication even when everyone runs out. unfortunately, the reason for them having stock is that it is a terribly run business. Today marks the 6th time that that I have tried to get my prescription in the morning, only for them to: 1. not be open during their morning hours, 2-3 times opening 1-2 hours after their scheduled hours begin. 2. opening without a pharmacist??? if you're going to be a small pharmacy, with a limited selection beyond just medicine, you should probably have more than one pharmacist, and the one you do have shouldn't have such large period where they aren't working? my prescription has been sent in with more than enough time to process. I need my meds and I have to wait until end of day for the pharmacist to show up? These kinds of practices are just not in line with the Value that a locally owned pharmacy should be providing. Back to Walgreens I guess

This place never opens at 9 am, don’t come right when they open because no one will be there until at least 9:30am. Happens everytime and I always have to wait. Big downfall

Liberty Pharmacy is phenomenal! They mask in n95s and come outside to do vaccinations, so everyone (even our VERY high-risk family member) can stay as safe as possible. They also stocked Novavax, and are very thorough when answering my questions about different vaccinations. We are DEEPLY grateful to know about Liberty Pharmacy - they follow legitimate science and genuinely care deeply for their customers! THANK YOU, LP!!

The drive from our house may be long but the service and amazing pharmacists more than make up for it.

Bad vibe there. Went in to look at walkers. Two men behind the counter, one on the phone arguing with a customer and the other being brusque with another at the counter. I waited a quite a while for someone to even acknowledge my presence, but turned to my friend and said, "let's get out of here. Too much hostility." It might have just been a bad moment or a bad day or just the way they talk to people but it's just not for me. ymmv. 3 stars only because they have some decent mobility products even if nobody was available to talk about it or even notice us and give a quick, "be with you in a bit."

The pharmacy had what I needed when almost every other pharmacy in town or out of town didn't have it but the only down fall was they don't except insurance so i had to pay cash. So if your looking for Amphetamine Dexo 25mg they had it but it's expensive.

Liberty was my pharmacy for several years. I liked the idea of a small independent pharmacy over a large chain pharmacy. About a year or two ago Liberty changed owners and things started to go down hill. There was no longer any interaction with the pharmacist. If you asked a question of the counter staff they acted as you were bothering them. A recent incident caused me to change pharmacies. My blood pressure has been running high. My doctor decided to increase the dosage of my bp meds and called in one new script which just increased the dosage of my old medication. I picked up the medication late the next day. When I opened the bag the next day, there was a second medication in the bag that I or my doctor did not order. I figured out it was a pain medication (controlled substance) that I was on a very short time 2 months ago. I believe that medication was not supposed to be refilled. When I called the pharmacy, I was treated like I was bothering them . During the conversation the woman I talked to said twice, "I don't know why he filled that". Never was there a I'm sorry, we made a mistake or anything near an apology. Instead the attitude was more like it was my fault. No offer of a refund was offered. When I told the woman I would be bringing the medication back on Monday and expected a refund, her response was a very nasty, "We will take it back this one time." I told her it was the pharmacy's mistake not mine and that our household would be changing pharmacies. Another thing about this pharmacy is several times when we picked up our meds, pills would be missing. In pen the number of missing pills would be written on the label in pen. This, we figured out by ourselves. Never did the pharmacy say, "We were short 10 pills, we will call when we have them". Never will I set foot in this place again.
