Very pleasant and friendly environment for a tax office. Was greeted as I arrived, and she showed an interest in my need for help with my tax return. She explained everything page for page and made sure there were no questions. Went a lot faster than anticipated, and received more return than expected, that was a pleasant surprise. I can see this is a long term partnership. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

I have been going to this place for years. Not sure what happened but Jim Clark did my personal and my business and did them wrong I am very disappointed and now I'm stuck with penalties and fees that the IRS is charging me for this mistake. I have tried corporate several times but I always get ignored. So please learned from my mistake and take your business elsewhere. Run away from this place. Would not recommend it to anyone. Unless you are trying to pay fees on top of fees.
