This location provided exceptional service. I worked with Samantha who went out of her way to assist with a fairly complicated and urgent request and she was able to deliver both on time and quality embroidery. I work with a lot of vendors and it's rare to find this level of care or attentiveness to a customer request. Amazing experience all around!

Yeahhhhh this place sucks. I bought a jersey from LIDS in Arizona and never wore it. "No worries," I thought. "I'll just return it at the mall when I return home." NOPE They won't accept returns of clothing because they only sell hats........ they then sent me over to Macys which has a LIDS in it. Also NOPE. They won't accept returns from a LIDS that's not inside a Macys. Wtf is the point of your existence, LIDS.

Store says open until 9pm and got there at 8:15 and the just closed the gate and said no sorry we close at 8pm. And I just said are you able to help for a quick return and that your website and Google says 9pm and they said no. Pretty terrible customer experience.

Went here on a Wednesday night, must be different staff than these other reviews are talking about. Both the employees working were helpful and answered all of my questions. I ended up getting a gift card for my boyfriend to get something embroidered on one of his hats he already has. He goes to the Lakeline mall location frequently so I'm pretty sure that's a good location as well.

Worst customer service, the person at the counter was rude, condescending and arrogant. I tried to return an item that I thought fit but now realize after 1 week that I need one size smaller. Simple. He tells me I should have listened to the return policy which was never explained. I had a receipt and the item is brand new. Not trying to scam anyone. No issue I thought. We’ll, they refused to take it back stating o took one sticker and now not sellable yo the picking…seriously. What a scam! Avoid Barton Creek all cost.

We just left this store, and employees were rude! Husband asked to see a hat and the female employee just acted like she didn't hear him ? ..soon after a male employee was telling us and others we needed to get out. The store was packed...given it is a Saturday on 4th of July weekend. I guess there were too many people in the store. He then closed the stores front gate or whatever so more people didn't get in. DON'T GO to this store! Spend your money elsewhere!! 0 stars! Customer service is really big to me, so this was very disappointing ??

Came in around 1:50 pm to purchase a hat. As we were walking up the cashier said they were closing store for 30 to 40 minutes. It’s now 3:10 pm and both associates walk into store with shopping bags and food. When asked when they would reopen we were told another 30 minutes because they needed to take a lunch. At this point I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

Are you new to wearing fitted hats like me? Are you curious of the size of your head? Would you like great customer service and help to find the perfect hat match for yourself? Surprisingly, this would be one of the last places on earth to find that hat or have that experience. Upon entering you are neither greeted or asked if you are in need of assistance. I hope you like playing where's Waldo, it's a similar dynamic to find an employee that works there. They do not have the ability to help you find your hat size, and none of these hats are in order, so when you are reaching on your tippie-toes (on the rickety ladder they force you to use yourself) you will not be able to find your size amidst the post tornado impacted hat selection. If I could give this place zero stars I would. What is the point in brick and mortar retail if shopping online, purchasing every hat size, trying them all on, going to the post office, and returning all the ones that don't fit, is easier than going to this store and finding the right hat. I was so distraught after leaving the store that I scoured the internet to find the corporate number to complain. Of course when you call they only give you one of two options: to buy a hat or call about an existing order. I'm no Karen, but this experience was so terrible that i was willing to be the martyr to save anyone from having the same experience. This place made me feel like a combination of two things 1: being forced to eat a brand new burrito in a gas station bathroom. And 2: the feeling of watching dolphins in captivity at sea world. LIDS is trash, the employees are trash, and above all this place is trash.Ps: Shout out to the incompetent employees working on August 18, 2021 at 5:30 PM. I just went in there, and am now writing this immediately after. My face is on my profile... so you know exactly who I am.

Bought a Cowboys cap and got it home to find the star on the front was crooked by about a 1/4 of an inch. You could look at the positioning to the stitching. Went to exchange it, this was a $50 cap so wanted it to be as perfect as possible. Go in 5 days after the purchase to exchange it and find a replacement. Go the the POS and a rude girl ask, "just this". I show her the one I had previously purchased and the defect in the star. She starts to tell me the bill is bent is the reason and there is nothing wrong with it. I tell her it is stitched wrong. She continues to argue with me, where i showed her the difference between stitching. She then picks up the replacement i had picked up and just throws it at me and walks off to put the defective back on the shelf. I have over 75 caps, but will never be purchasing one from this store again. If one of my employees acted like her, i would fire there a_ _.
