I got my truck towed to their shop for air compressor issue. They took care of it right away when i visited in the morning and got me up and running by 2 pm. Technician who replaced the air compressor is really nice and friendly. Their labour are okay not too high. Their parts rates are high though. But i found cheaper part and bought it myself. They were happy to accomodate that

Just wanted to thank the folks at Limon's for getting us back on the road. My company's breakdown department sent another company to Jumpstart our 2023 T680. They tried but were not equipped with the proper tools to start our truck or diagnose the problem. After 5 hours I asked our breakdown department to send someone else. Limon's Road Service was called and Jorge Vasquez was dispatched. Jorge had the truck running within 5 minutes. He diagnosed the problem as bad batteries and replaced them. Thanks to Jorge and Limon's we were able to make our 2200 mile load on time.

Justin came out today to jump my truck. It just didn’t want to start but Justin wouldn’t give up. He stayed until we got it going again. He was friendly, respectful, honest and he knew his stuff. THANK YOU ?? JUSTIN

Required emergency assistance on my Budget rental truck at midnight. Damion was sent to take a look and he was very knowledgeable, fixed the problem, and answered all my questions thoroughly. Excellent experience.

This place sucks. These guys expect you to just come in and wait with no explanation of procedures or timelines. When my husband asked what was happening after 2.5 HOURS of waiting around with zero idea what they were doing, he got yelled at by some tiny angry man with a napoleon complex. The guy literally tried to pick a fight with my husband by getting in his face and trying to block his truck with his body. I was on the phone with him the whole time, it was insane. I hope they either fire that dude (I imagine all the other complaints about management have to do with him) or lose all their commercial contracts. Seriously, take your business to someone who deserves it. Not these guys.

Great mechanics and shop. Office staff super professional and friendly.The got one of my fleet trucks out of a jam today.We were pickle Rick in the sun and they saved the day. Been using them for my fleet for a while and HIGHLY recommend them.

Took 2 months to get basics done for DOT. Then they forgot to deliver the vehicle multiple times. When I went to get it, it was blocked in by 3 or b so vehicles. I don't recommend.

Wow just wow!!! I was so disappointed in the customer service. Dispatch/ phone operator worst ever. Rude Rude Rude for no reason at all . I wouldn't wish this company on my worst enemy. So if you ever see this number while looking for a reputable truck maintenance company...512-247-4040 Don't just Don't....!!! You'll thank me later.

Not the best experience when I called in. Unless you have a credit account already setup, they are not very eager to help you. Why would I want to setup a credit account with you when I could just pay with a credit card for the oil change I wanted done on my truck? I will happily just go somewhere else.
