It is rediculous how hard it is to reach a person on the phone W/Lincare. I wait 45 minutes changing extension every 10minutes n still did not reach anyone. Once u reach a person things move on really well. But I could have been saved the stress that came from no answering the phone, that lead to heavy coughing.

I argued with Lincare for two years trying to keep a CPAP they issued. They insisted that I failed to use my CPAP at least 80% of the first 3 months of use. They didn’t care that I had a lengthy bout with Covid that prevented me from wearing the device nor that I was at my dying friend’s bedside at an out-of-town hospital at odd hours for over one week and couldn’t use the device. I spent many hours between calls with their local office (Austin), compliance office (Florida), and billing office (who knows where). Lincare sent me for 2 additional sleep studies, each concluding with my referring cardiologist verifying my compliance. Yet Lincare lost paperwork, claimed that I was not timely, gave the run-around by phone, avoided calls (likely saw me on caller ID, though I can’t confirm), and still maintained my lack of compliance. After filing multiple grievances through my insurance, I was referred elsewhere, and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service, coaching, and care I’m receiving with this a different DME company. I plead with you: for the sake of your health or the health of your family, do not use Lincare.

The only customer experience I’ve had that was worse was when I began the cancellation of my timeshare. Lincare is the most sleazy and ethically corrupt healthcare entity I have dealt with. It is unbelievable. Stay away from them at any and all costs.My heart goes out to the poor, elderly, and disabled that are at their mercy - I couldn’t begin to imagine navigating their policies and endless phone transfers if I weren’t young and up for the challenge!

Lincare is flat out amazing. Specifically, Sue, who genuinely cares and goes above and beyond for customers. My patient needed oxygen quickly and Sue was assertive and advocated for my patient to get her oxygen and supplies delivered asap. I cannot recommend Lincare enough. Thank you!!

Lincare’s delivery man, Joe Salazar, is outstanding. He is patient oriented, kind, thoughtful, respectful, responsive, reliable and efficient! He is an excellent representative of Lincare. He brings what we need, asks if we need anything else, is respectful of our property and privacy, apprises us in advance of when he will return, reminds us to call if we need anything sooner, and shows genuine interest in our lives and activities. He makes these deliveries a pleasant and positively anticipated experience.This is a very welcomed and radical shift from the way we were treated by our previous oxygen supplier, whose actions made it clear that profit was their only interest and dealing with supplemental oxygen dependent people was a nuisance.

Once again I find myself here because I can not get any results. I have been trying since June to get an itemized bill. The online billing does not recognize my Customer ID and I keep getting past-due notices. I do work so I am unable to sit on hold for extended periods during business hours. Any suggestions?

The absolute worst customer service. The receptionist is downright lazy and combative. I don't know how this place is still open.

02 is always delivered on time and Joe is such a nice person always pleasant. He even calls ahead of time before he deliveres. Usually when I call to order, the wait is very short but sometimes they get busy and it takes a little longer They are always calm cool and nice no matter how busy they are.

Run! Don't walk from here. Go anywhere else. This is the biggest run around, joke of a business. They wait until we call to tell us we NEED something else from the doctor. They haven't tried to contact us even once. We have made contact over and over and everything just keeps getting pushed back. Everytime we call, we need something else or we are missing some tidbit of information or the technician is not there or the respiratory therapist is booked. Mind you this is a CPAP machine we are waiting on. It is needed for sleep. We advise you to try anywhere else if you want help in a timely manner.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Arrived for my appointment and they immediately got me in. My DME was ready it was explained in detail I was given a business card with the reps personal cell # if I have questions later. I’ve already signed up for monthly supplies to be automatically shipped to my house. 10⭐️’s from me.
