Awesome boutique in South Congress! I visited Little Limbo, as the A-frame sign drew me, pointing to the store on the side street, with a promise of cute gifts. Indeed there was. Little Limbo may not be large, as the name suggests, but it's really about the quality of items for sale here. I was able to find a lot of really awesome gifts for friends and couldn't help but laugh at a ton of items because they were either sarcastic or goofy. I dig that. The children's selection here is on point. I don't have any kids in my life, but if I did, this would be the kind of store I'd shop at. They have funny onesies and quirky and colorful toys, that you can just tell are from local artists and is unique. In addition to lots of cool kid's stuff here, they have a few home decor and accessories, some graphic tees, books and trendy greeting cards. I found a Michael Scott greeting card, which was perfect for my best friend. Five stars, indeed.

This was the cutest kids store I’ve ever been to. They have so much different and unique stuff then the typical children’s store. I highly recommend this cute funky place!

I LOVE my (biological and chosen) family, the 17 kids who call me auntie, and Little Limbo! I've shopped here many times, most recently for my nephew's birthday. He's energetic, forever curious, and love books - just like his auntie! The selection of fun and diverse gifts that at this shop is fantastic. The staff was so helpful, had great suggestions for me, and on this visit I purchased the Little Feminist Board Book Set and a Ruth Bader Ginsburg pin for myself. My nephew's favorite is the Little Feminist Artists book and I wear my pin daily - thank you Little Limbo I'll return again and again!

My one year old loves this store (and so do I!) we’ve been taking him here since he was 7 months old- so much to stimulate him and he especially loves reading books in the rad teepee tent! I recently went in to buy a present for a 6 year old’s birthday party and found so many cute things. It was hard to narrow it down! But the sales associate was awesome and answered all my questions. Let’s just say- my present was a huge hit! The unicorn chalk was a party favorite! They carry so many cool things- toys I haven’t seen since my childhood! It’s so fun to explore at Little Limbo. And why not take a pic in front of the mural while you’re there!

Discovered this cute little place during a family stroll along Congress. My wife liked a pair of T-Rex earrings they had, and our daughter mentioned wanting to get them for her for her up and coming birthday. I said we could come back another time when wife/mom wasnt with us.

I don't know how one showcases an elated squeal properly in a review, but however you do it, that's what my friend and I did as soon as we walked into Little Limbo. While they do have a few things specifically for adults, it's mainly a store full of things for kids, but almost like the Finding Nemo of things, meaning that kids will enjoy them, but the cleverness of the toys is definitely for adults. I didn't look/care about prices, I just wanted to walk up to the register with a hefty loot and throw caution and my bank account to the wind, but I don't actually have any kids nor do I have a reason to buy things for the kids in my life at this moment in time, so I limited myself to one item for the one kid that lives in Austin that I know. BUT, that's not to say I didn't have such a delightful time window shopping at Little Limbo for a good hour or so (and that's saying a lot because it's not a huge store). Tucked off a side street on South Congress, so make sure to be on the lookout for it.

This store is outstanding. My daughter would not put down the Boog, 3 string guitar... Needless to say we now own one and it's awesome. Parking the stroller and coming inside was a breeze. So many cool smart toys in this place. These guys love kids! I'll definitely be back... Don't miss this GEM of a stop when you're in the South Congress area.
