I ordered a living room set (1 couch and 1 loveseat) from Local Furniture Outlet. I couldn't find the couches I wanted ANYWHERE else but here, and I was so excited. The prices were great and the shipping estimates were pretty reasonable (about 2-4 weeks). The customer service team reached out to me on several points to confirm the order, delivery time, etc. I really appreciated their communication. On the day of the delivery, they arrived right on time. Couches were in great condition, no issues at all. Exactly what I wanted. THANK YOU!!!!!

I wanted to visit it in person and the address on google maps sent me to an empty parking lot. No one is answering the phone to give me the correct address.

I purchased a desk and matching bookcases hopefully delivery and assembly will be as easy. Update…received said desk and bookcases, the whole experience was easier than you would think from order to delivery and setup was very professional and updates much appreciated. ❤️?❤️

I live in Michigan. I had been keeping my eye on a Furniture Of America dining room set: Brule Counter Height Dining Set In White Antique Black with dark grey seats.This was my first time buying sight unseen, other than online photos. I could not find a local store and called a few different states that did not deliver to Michigan. Imagine my happiness when I found an Austin,Texas business that did not even blink at delivering to Michigan. With White Glove Service at that!!!! IPaid for this service but they offered the service to customers! Pricing was great originally plus I hit a sale promotion too! Communication via phone and email was stellar. I never felt that once I placed my order I was on my own. I could call and speak to a person every time and it was their on-site person! The White Glove Service Team was local and amazing. I set up the date and time that worked for me and they inspected the set prior to delivering to make sure the quality was what it should be. They then delivered the set and put it together. From start to finish I am pleased. If you are thinking of doing this go for it with Local Furniture Outlet!

The computer desk I ordered was delivered damaged. It was scratched in the front and top of the desk, the box was broken as well. To make matters worse, the delivery men dropped it bringing it into the house damaging the feet of the desk. The delivery team loaded the broken computer desk back into their truck. I called customer service immediately and asked for a new one to be sent out asap. I was advised advised a new one wouldn't be sent out. Instead, a "professional" would go to the warehouse where the delivery men took it back to, fix it, and then resend it to me. I replied back saying that I am not going to accept an item that was broken and to just refund my money. I was told the "after care" team will review my request pand get back to me. The next day I was advised I can still receive the fixed up computer desk and get some compensation for it. I declined and reiterated I want my full refund back. So a week goes by, and I was sent an authorization refund form. It showed what amount I was getting refunded. I was furious at the amount I was getting back; it wasn't even the full amount. The difference I was not getting back was going to a delivery fee and a restocking fee. I immediately called them back and told them I don't even have the product which was delivered damaged and that I feel I shouldn't be charged those ridiculous fees. After going back and forth with them, they decided no full refund would be given. This company sucks as they won't work with you to get a full refund. Don't do business with this company as they are shady.

This is without a doubt the worst company I have ever interacted with. They have no problem taking money but absolutely every problem under the sun delivering an order. They are nothing but a facade and middle man and have zero communication with the company that actually manufactures or delivers their "stock". I only went with this company to save a couple hundred bucks and instead have been scammed out of $3k with no furniture to show and no end in sight. I can not with good conscious recommend ANYONE give them a dime.

Scam!! Drove a 1/2 hr to the bogus address. Called from the parking lot of the business that is actually at the address. Put on hold then only allowed to leave a message. Asked an employee who works at the business with the listed address.. They know nothing about this so called company..

We purchased a bed (headboard, footboard and rails) from LFO and had a great experience. Because we were not local to Austin, they shipped the bed to a Dallas delivery company for white glove installation. They were in constant communication regarding the status of our order and the delivery company they used was on time and did a great job putting the bed together and setting it up for us. Would definitely consider using LFO again!
