Purchased a standing L desk today from here. It’s hard to tell from the outside that this place has great customer service and a great inventory, but it does. I learned from talking with the manager that Logical Office Furniture cuts out the middle man to deliver quality office furniture at the best prices. I will for sure be returning for any of my office needs.

I had the pleasure to work with Mrs Avalon Myst. Being a first time business owner and needing a standing desk it’s daunting seeing an almost $1200 price tag. I was curious if the company had a veteran discount(I served two tours overseas) Avalon was able to get me a discounted rate as well as help me get my purchase complete quickly and swiftly due to my time restraints. I had called the company prior and the young man on the phone said the prices would take a couple of days and Avalon had it done in mere minutes. So grateful for your help Avalon. To the big guys running the company she is the reason you have a solid customer base and if she is t promoted to be some sort of project manager or team lead it would be a travesty. Thankyou for such a wonderful experience dear God bless you and I will be buying more soon.

REAL REVIEW: Stay Away.. Horrible service after selling you an office furniture package. They have nice furniture but their post sale customer service is disgraceful honestly. I would give less than one star if possible.

Robert and his team did an excellent job with our new office furniture. They are easy to work with on the design end, helpful with suggestions, showing samples for our selection and so on. We had a pretty quick turn around and they made it work, everything installed before our move in date, and it all looks great.I can definitely recommend!

I have worked with Logical Office Furniture and Robert Cotton for more than a dozen years. Wow! I've never experienced such an unprofessional level of customer service. I reached out to Logical Office Furniture and invited them to give a bid on commercial furniture for the company I work for. The first date they said they would come out no one showed up and no one reached out to reschedule. I tried contacting them again and the second time Robert C. did come out, only to the wrong location. When he called I let him know that the correct location was right down the street. He said he'd come by but immediately after hanging up sent an email saying "I'll pass". I called him back and he told me he was not going to come out and was too busy. My advice - pass on this company. If you're in the market for furniture find someone who at least has the courtesy to communicate professionally.

I was told I would receive free delivery. When I received my invoice, there was a $150.00 charge. When I inquired about the fee, I was hung up on and could not get a straight answer.

Cool place. Was looking for a decent chair for the home office that wasn't $1,500. Picked up a J/Z510 task chair for under $200. Excellent chair. Very solid and comfortable.
