Abysmal experience with Logix. We signed a 2-year contract with Logix to provide pro-grade, high-speed, high-bandwidth internet at our office. For $200+ per month we never achieved more than 8Mb/s download speeds and 1Mb/s upload speeds. Their service people insisted the problem was on our end. We finally called Spectrum and they installed a consumer-level connection and the speeds are 100x faster. We paid out our contract term with Logix, and asked them to discontinue or service. They have refused and are now asking us to pay a $2400 disconnection fee. This matter has been escalated to lawyers and collection agencies. Please think carefully before signing up with this company.

TERRIBLE.They completely abused me as a business customer and tried every chance to grossly overcharge me with un ethical fees 10 X my service amount.despite us not needing the services. no willingness to provide any customer support. the WORST communications company i have ever dealt with. do NOT sign up!
