Terrible customer service. No one picks up the phone. The mailbox is full so you can’t leave a message. Apparently they rent out the office space to another company. I tried to go by to talk to someone, and the lady that works there was on her lunch break. The man who was there, who works for another company, was very rude. I’m cancelling my unit asap. Also the website doesn’t even work. This is no way to do business.Update: Apparently Martha (the manager I dealt with) just disappeared. I got an email from a Steve Turner who asked if I wanted to move out. I told him I did, on the 31st (in 2 days). I was STILL charged for another month. So after speaking with two different managers, I am still being charged for a unit I don’t want. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. I am contacting the BBB.

It's typical for outside storage units in central Texas. While it's very inexpensive, the place has a big rat problem. Don't store cardboard here - use plastic, and be prepared to have rat poo on everything.Not climate controlled but access is drive-up. Good deal for the money for storing tools and stuff.

I really appreciate that they are checking the locks every day. They are currently repaving the lot and it looks good. I’m pretty happy with these guys. They have been good.

Don't believe the fake reviews. Rats will eat your property & feces in / on it as well. The refuse pest control but will lie and say they have it. Also 4 break-ins that I know of. Don't do it.

The man running the place was very nice. Very helpful. Had a good attitude .The only problem was the gate entrance code reader. It is almost impossible to read the code that is being entered. For entry.

4.5 stars. The only reason not 5 stars is the unit doors are a little run down. Otherwise, these units are all drive up. They have 3 foot wide steel doors - not roll-up. The units look to be at least 8 ft tall with concrete walls. I got a 5x5 that looks more like 4x5 but the price is good and there are no hidden fees or taxes. Unlike public storage, you don't have to buy their lock. The units are not climate controlled. Access is 7am to 8pm daily through a secured gate system that shuts after every vehicle, so tailgating is not likely. Great location on Ben white near congress. The folks are friendly.
