Marcus and the team were awesome about giving suggestions for our area. Go with the LoveSoft, not the standard. Once we got the items delivered, we realized we needed/wanted more. For me, they made it easy to purchase additional items over the phone. Go, sit and have a cup of tea while chatting. No hard salesman, just easy people and a comfy couch.

Went in thinking Lovesac was the route we wanted to go. When we entered the store we were approached by an inexperienced sales person who didn’t know the answers to our questions, was too soft spoken and couldn’t be heard over the music in the store, and really didn’t make much of an effort to convince us that this was the sectional we had been looking for. Decent fabric choices, comfortable and functional options, but we honestly didn’t buy because we felt the sales person convinced us not to be the sactional.

I would like to say that I have a super awesome couch right now, but LoveSac cancelled my order midway through ordering online. However, their financing company, still has a pending charge. The financing company says that LoveSac has to cancel the order and even though I have a charge and an order # that was cancelled, the reps from LoveSac have no record of my order. Everyone keeps pointing fingers at the other company, meanwhile, I don't have a couch, I have financing that has a pending charge that won't go away. The rep at the store, was AMAZING. Other than that, the purchasing process (or lack there of), has been a complete nightmare of hours of emails and phone calls with reps from both companies with zero progress or actual solutions.

Superb customer service, Lily is a fantastic store Manager and the rest of the staff are very accommodating. Thabk you so much for a wonderful experience and making buying furniture one of the easiest decisions my wife and I have ever made. Will definately being buying more in the future.

We just ordered our sactional using the memorial day sale and are so excited to receive it in a few weeks. I cant yet speak to the quality and experience with the sofa but did want to say that Rhonda at the Austin store was extremely helpful in helping navigate which configuration and fabric is best for us. We kept changing our minds and she had no hesitation to keep updating out quote and send us more info. We ended up getting the 6X6 Sky Grey corded velvet in lovesoft. We have two dogs so that was a conderation for the fabric.

My initial experience in purchasing a lovesac at the store was great. Order came earlier than expected, but since the delivery dates kept updating I had to shift my personal schedule around last minute to be at home to receive the 14 packages ahead of the initial delivery date. I encountered issues with the fit/seams of 3 of the covers that I received, and called the store for a replacement. I told them that since my couch was not very big and due to the location of the areas that needed a cover to be replaced, if I could return the initial covers after receiving the replacement. The store informed me to take pictures and then would escalate it to their district manager for approval. A week goes by and no email or phone call from the store. I call them only to find out that the manager has already declined sending me the covers and I have to send the original covers back first. The store informed me that I would receive the replacement covers as soon as the original ones were picked up. I am still waiting on my covers to arrive which is currently scheduled for middle of this week (so 1.5 weeks from sending the replacement). I would have expected more follow up from the store or an explanation of the whole replacement process as I have been unable to use my couch properly for almost two weeks. The customer service needs to reflect the price of this product.

Website is great, and the in-store experience is also good. The actual order delivery process is extremely frustrating. I received 20 boxes that came disjointed, as 20 different deliveries from fedex, with poor logic in the arrival order. I had to sit around for 5 days and burn a weekend waiting for the last two boxes to arrive, in order to put together the couch. I had 17 giant boxes arrive first, that completely filled one of my rooms for almost a week, but I couldn't do anything with because I didn't have the covers to put on the seats and sides.It would be way better to get the covers first and then get the seats and sides (or get them at the same time), because at least you could start putting them together one by one instead of having parts to an entire couch sit around, but you can't do anything because you have no covers.
