Angie at the Arboretum was amazing! She really knew her stuff for only being there a few months. I was also suprised to find out they don't work for commission because her and her coworker were so committed to us designing the right sofa and answering all our questions and not rushing us even though it was close to closing time. I thought we were going to walk out with a quote but we actually made the whole purchase instead! I also really appreciate that Lovesac tries hard to future proof their sofas instead of having to create waste everytime we need a new one. I can't wait for our new sactional!

Not only is the product flexible, stylish, and comfortable - but I had the BEST experience at the Lovesac store! Friendly staff on hand and very knowledgeable of the product. Very helpful in picking out and putting together what we needed. Can't wait for our couch configuration with Harmon Kardon Bluetooth surround sound to arrive! Sounds amazing! Give them a chance! Went with the deep seating with 2 ottomans with 1 having storage.

My Lovesac purchase was amazing from start to finish. The help and customer service, from the store to the phone calls to the online chatting, were impeccable. Chefs kiss to them all!!I couldnt have chosen my set and put my it together without them. I LOVE my new sofa!!! Its the best decision i made for myself this holiday season. Thank you!!
