Good selection of plants for this time of year. The man working the checkout register in the garden center was great. Friendly, fast, organized, easy to give a good rating.

Kathryn exceeded our expectations by providing outstanding support. We were experiencing difficulties with our stacked washer and dryer setup, specifically with the dryer, which was a separate purchase. Armed with both model numbers, Kathryn took extra steps to confirm the compatibility of the replacement dryer with our existing washer. Her dedication and expertise put us at ease, solidifying our trust in Lowe's as our go-to destination for home improvement requirements.

Staff is friendlier, easier to find, and more helpful than Home Depot.

Always a great selection of plants! Can I always find a cart. The person at checkout is always friendly. I believe their name is Cordelia. Always has a smile and friendly conversation.

We came here a week or so ago to get some new paint for our house. Garret was helping us out, and instead of selling us a bunch of paint, actually said we should instead get a few samples, try them out, then come back to buy in bulk. We did exactly that and are thankful for Garrett's help! This matches other experiences we have had here, as when we got a lawnmower from Lowe's a few years ago the staff was very helpful then too. We would come back here again.

Lowe's still continues to be my go to place for many hardware items. There was a slowdown period a couple of years ago as many of the experienced workers retired and a number of new people had come on board. However things seem to have settled out and the last few trips have gone really well. We are lining up for some improvements and changes to the house and that is a bit of a struggle as we are dealing with suppliers who have changed models or offerings but Lowe's has been really helpful in helping to minimize the impact.

Lowe's is my go-to home improvement store. I used to love HD but I think the customer service is better here. I was in need of a new dishwasher so I went straight to appliances. My appliances are black and most are stainless steel these days. Luckily, they had three to choose from in the back. I got one at a pretty cheap price (299) so I added the five year extended warranty for about 75 bucks. The ONLY thing it doesn't cover is a surge. If the power goes out and it damages the dishwasher; they don't cover that. *if you don't use your extended warranty...they will refund 30% of the cost. I should mark my calendar?! It's not a lot of money but I'll bet Lowe's makes a lot of money since most people forget about it. The person who waited on me was Emerald. She was very knowledgeable. Her whole team was great! **Install is about 225 bucks and hauling your old one away is 50 bucks!!! Remember when I said I spent 299 on it?? Why would I double my cost? I don't have the funds for that! Find yourself someone that can help you for cheaper and then use your bulk pickup option or bring it to the drop off place. My brother and nephew installed mine. Phew!!! #luckyme #family

Buyer beware! I ordered a refrigerator from Lowes and due to their faulty attempt at installing the ice maker the lines froze. I spent several hours over multiple days (mostly on hold) trying to get them to fix the problem. After calling every other day for over a week-- the midst of a move, I might add-- they didn't call me back. Finally , someone sent an email referring me to the manufacturer. I called again today and the rep told me that's my only recourse 48-hour return window has expired. It's almost like they were trying to confuse the communication over a problem that they caused so they could pawn it off on the manufacturer. The rabbi spoke too today said said "we delivered a functioning fridge and a functioning ice maker." Apparently, it didn't really doesn't matter if they don't function together or whether it was Lowe's inept attempt at the hook up is what caused the problem. They took no responsibility for it. Lowes says they value their customers. But they do not value our time nor do they stand behind their work. They may break it... but it's not their problem to fix.

Worst customer service. Waited to return supplies and the 3 employees including a manager would rather be on their phones . Told me they would be right with me and waited for 10 minutes right in front of me .

The staff was very nice, but the inventory of annual flowering plants was a big disappointment. Every year, I buy 3 dozen pansies to plant in my flowerbeds, but they only had ones in hanging baskets with other plants. The worker told me that they no longer carry them in flats.

I will never shop at any Lowes ever again. It has been a horrible process trying to return and receive a refund for a fridge we bought with this specific store. The day the fridge was delivered on September 10th we went to the store to initiate the return. Days later no call to schedule a pick-up. I called and they had no record of the return request and had to call about 3 times and go to the store again, followed by another few calls, to FINALLY get it scheduled for pickup. It is now over a month later since they picked it up on 09/17/23 when they finally came and picked up the item a month ago but guess what? NO refund has been received and I'm having to go through more contact with terrible customer service to get my money back for an item I do not have anymore and initiated the return the day it was received, again, over a month ago. I called today and they haven't even started the refund process and now I have to wait for another call in 24-hours for a status update. Absolutely ridiculous and terrible experience. Not to mention the delivery team scratched our new wood floors and dropped the old fridge down steps in our front yard. Horrible service. Will never use this store nor any Lowes ever again and will recommend the same to family and friends.

Part 1: As of 8/13/23, I have had the worst customer service experience ever in my life with this establishment. If they manage to fix the situation, I'll update my review, but I'm not holding my breath. Here's what happened: I bought a refrigerator through Lowes on Brodie on 7/22/23. It took a long time to get help. I'm not sure if the guy was used to selling appliances or not. He only knew what the website told him so we scrolled together to see how I could get the type of refrigerator I wanted. I saw the same thing he did- the fridge I wanted could be delivered by 8/12/23. I bought it and was SO excited. I'm a single mom of a toddler and on a budget, so I have to plan these things out carefully. I planned and saved to have a water softener and filter installed in my house, followed by a new refrigerator. This is something I've been working on for a year. So I'm not just throwing a tantrum because I'm not getting what I want right now. I sold my current fridge, and arranged for the buyer to pick up the same day I was getting the new fridge. Friday 8/11/23 evening I had not heard anything about delivery and didn't even have an email. So I called and was told my scheduled delivery time in 8/12/23 would be 3pm-7pm. On Saturday 8/12/23, they said the fridge was never loaded onto the truck, so I had to schedule a redelivery for the next day. Fine, I get it. Stuff happens when your logistics departments are subpar. I was assured I was number 1 on the delivery list, so I could expect the delivery between 8am and noon on Sunday 8/13/23. Sunday 8/13/23 rolls around and late in the morning I find out the delivery window has been changed to 8/13/23 from 11am to 3pm. I call and was told the same thing- the fridge was never loaded on the truck. While making my way "up" the chain of command I am told, it was never loaded on the truck, but that it was in the warehouse in Kyle, Texas. I said, ok, that is an hour and 20 minutes from me, so get it on a truck and get it to me. Well, then, the answer changes. They actually don't know if it's in their warehouse. I ask them to please find it because I need this refrigerator today. I had taken all my food out of the fridge and freezer at 2:45 in anticipation for the fridge to be delivered by 3 and my current fridge to be sold and taken away. While waiting for them to find it, I call Lowes on Brodie to start escalating it on their end. The woman I spoke with first was nice enough, but put me on forever hold until it rang back and a man answered. I believe his name was Bryce. I'll go ahead and give the one star I'm providing to Bryce because he was the only person who sounded like he wanted to solve this problem for me. Problem is, his manager was not nearly as effective as he was. Bryce discovered in about 15 seconds that the fridge was actually out of stock, now until September 1st. Mind you, I am already MULTIPLE phone calls in at this point. The distribution center in Kyle (UST) called me at around the same time and said that they looked all over the warehouse and could not find it. Well, now we know that was a waste of time and resources since Bryce discovered in 15 seconds using the computer that the fridge wouldn't be in the warehouse. Still, I am grateful for their effort. See Parts 2-4 in photos for the continued review

Roofers, Don't do business here. Ordered roofing materials and was sent an email back confirming materials would be delivered, and (as typical) Lowes just (out of the blue) cancelled the order. This happens all the time with Lowes. They have a screwed-up system that does not communicate with the customer and the store. If I ran my business like they run their business I would be OUT OF BUSIBNESS in less than 30 days. This company does not understand the "customer service concept." But what is sad, they don't care. If you are a roofer in Central Texas. Take your roofing business to Home Depot or some other company.
