If a negative 10 stars was possible, that's what this review would get. Gave Lowe's a chance on a major installation. Total nightmare. Let me repeat, total nightmare. Big right hand-left hand problem. Lowe's has lost us as a customer for good.

If you buy anything online at a Lowe's and buy the install, get ready for a very poor experience. I bought a faucet online along with its installation and it's been a disaster. Lowe's has teamed up with Angi. They've unilaterally rescheduled my install 7 times from the original time and date. No explanation, no way to call and talk to an actual customer service person at either Angi or Lowe's. Two weeks later, faucet still not installed. Don't contract with Lowe's + Angi for anything! Do it yourself or find a professional yourself.

Firts time here ED great attitude great customer service he tried to help me again great attitude but we can’t found what I need ? i went to two homedepot and the people send me here because they say lowes have any parts for a RV but otherwise store super clean everything organized good people I’ll be back here for sure super recommended this location

I purchased a double wall oven from Lowe's online. Trying to get the installation scheduled was a nightmare. I kept getting put into a phone tree abyss - transferred from 800 number to warehouse to store and back and forth again. I got different answers from each person. I am sitting here still waiting for the installers 2 hours after my schedule window. I keep calling and asking for status but get no definite answer. One of the most frustrating experiences ever.

Do not do carpet with these people. Did a poor and incomplete job including not having enough carpet to finish and lines down the bedroom carpets where the carpets didn't match or they didn't have enough carpet to do it correctly. Thresholds did not include transitions. It's been over six weeks now and can rarely get in touch with anybody and when I do nothing ever happens and the next person doesn't know anything about it. They need to do more and more inspections when the job is clearly not done, right and not complete. I shouldn't have to have random people come to my house over and over again when the job was closing, not done right the first time. The next schedule inspection is two weeks from now and it's been over 6 weeks since the date of installation.

I witnessed a Lowe's box truck driving erratically, crash into my chain-link fence gate and drive off without stopping. I filed a police report and traced the delivery to the Lowe's store on Shoal Creek Blvd. in Austin, Texas. I spoke to the Lowe's general manager. He said Lowe's is not responsible for any damage their drivers cause. He insinuated that I forget about it and that Lowe's has better lawyers. My wife and I are retired senior citizens and are very disappointed in how Lowe's management treated us.

We've been remodeling our house and have been visiting both Lowe's and Home Depot at least twice a week for the past three months. This particular Lowe's location on Shoal Creek is circling the drain. There is a palpable misery radiating from all employees. They are clearly furious, understaffed, and undertrained. They know almost nothing about the store, it's merchandise, or home improvement more generally. Staff are visibly resentful and frustrated when approached. Walking around the store, you can sense the thinly veiled rage and hostility of employees-- as if one more customer question may provoke a full blown mutiny. Theft by customers is rampant, with many shelves empty and employees admitting that they are powerless to prevent loss. They must be treated like absolute garbage to be so miserable. Phil, an apparent manager the last time we visited, was a prime example of the learned helplessness and general hostility of the staff. He snapped at and then argued with my husband and I over a simple return, and had to be prompted to reread the giant board behind his head to refresh his understanding of the return policy. An interaction that should have been extraordinary simple (return with receipt) became bizarrely confrontational and other customers were staring in horrified disbelief. We eventually got through it, but will be avoiding this Lowe's from now on. This location needs a massive corporate intervention. Employee morale, customer experience, and profit are a feedback loop- Lowe's probably needs to staff appropriately, pay employees better, improve training, and boost benefits and opportunities for high performers.

By far the worst delivery company ever. We we ordered a washer and dryer from Lowe's on July 4. The delivery was set up for July 6, they never showed up. Then it was set up for July 10, they came without the dryer and the stackable kit. And it was set up for July 12. They showed up with the dryer and not the stackable kit. Then they were supposed to come on July 14 in the morning they called at 5 pm. I then called and requested a time for today before 4 PM. I called them to find and confirm the time, they gave me the time from 4 to 8 PM. This is by far the worst delivery company I've ever dealt with let them know they never communicate. If you try to get a hold of them it's over an hour wait time on the phone. I would never recommend using Lowes or their delivery company again.

They have a great selection of refrigerators, which is why I was there. Stephen assisted us, having arrived after a very stressful refrigerator purchase problem from a different company. We were stressed. He took us directly to the refrigerators that met our needs. We found exactly what we needed and learned about a special being offered with it. We found it in stock and scheduled it for delivery. Stephen was fabulous! We were happy and no longer on the edge. We will definitely come back here for appliance needs. (And we'll be looking our Stephen!)

Cloths dryer delivery window was Saturday 4-8pm. No show, no call, no information. Now, after reading some reviews, I see I'm not alone. I had no idea Lowe's was this bad. The local store has no clue what the 'warehouse' is doing and would not help. Phone wait-time at Customer Care was over an hour so I opted for a call back. I received a call back but no one was on the line, just an echo of me. Warehouse/distribution isn't open on Sunday, so managed to get through (another 30 minutes wait) early Monday morning - was told to expect a call within 24 hours. Received the call 8 hours later and new delivery may be Wednesday. Dryer delivered Wednesday. Dent on the front that interferes with latching the door AND THERE WAS A SMALL AMOUNT OF LINT ON THE LINT SCREEN. This dryer had been used. I went to the store and waited 25minutes to speak with a manager. She offered a replacement, but when I didn't hear back regarding delivery, I called and found out that the manager didn't do anything. Fortunately, the man I spoke with at the warehouse DID set up a replacement. Never again Lowes.

I bought a kitchen from them, complete demo of existing kitchen, and installing new cabinets and applicances, flooring, counter, etc. They did a horrible job, scheduling was awful, delivered a ton of cabinets onto my second floor porch before their men were ready to install the cabinets in my 2nd floor condo and the porch started to creak under the weight. Then they sent a truck to load all the cabinets back to the store. They're incompetent and of course rude. They walked off the job, left, without finishing, after having taken FULL PAYMENT IN ADVANCE. I had no stove or appliances for a year, I could not get a refund to buy the rest of the kitchen; they had my money. They were corrupt; this is the Shoal Creek Store. After over a year I got a refund when management changed & I appealed to the new manager. I have never bought anything at that store since. They deserve zero stars but it was not possible.

I have repeatedly had bad service at this Lowes. Today I spent an hour in tools looking for the right kind of electric polisher and even asked an associate if they could send someone to help me. I clearly heard her request for someone to come to tools for customer assistance two times but no one ever came. I finally got so mad waiting that I bought a sander instead which I think I will return it anyway and I left the store. I tried calling the store but got put on a 30 minute wait in order to speak with someone. I am done shopping here as Home Depot is just a few more blocks away. I will not give my business to this store ever again because the suck when it comes to treating their customers with any respect.

Ordered a new washer and dryer. Confirmed delivery for Friday. Got a phone call and email from Lowe's with my delivery window. Never showed up. Repeated calls to store and delivery number. After 6 calls. Finally got someone who said it didn't make it on the truck. Should be here tomorrow (Saturday). Didn't show. Made multiple phone calls. No one could tell me anything. Got email and phone call from Lowe's confirming delivery on Sunday. Never showed. Went to store. Customer service couldn't help. No one in appliances. Person pages to appliances never showed. I finally called store manager (extension 4290) Was told that deliveries are handled by a third party and that their system doesn't sync to the store system. So the store is ordered things they don't know whether or not they have. Was told that they may not actually have these items and they might be coming from vendor. Called multiple times Monday. Last time I called I got a person who said when this happens they need to cancel the order and do a new one. Or the system keeps scheduling for the next day but it never arrives. Was told it would be here Wednesday. Got email and phone call with delivery window of 9-9. Called the delivery number. On my second try, first person knew nothing, I was told that it would be between 11 and 3. So I called at 3 when it wasn't here. The person told me it was on the truck but running a little late, to expect it in an hour. It's now 6. Still not here. Delivery phone number wait time is 45 minutes. Lowe's stinks!
