We weren’t able to return an item that was unused and bought on the same day. We simply opened the box to check on the item and ensure it would fit through our door. When it didn’t fit, we went to return it but were unable to due to the box being unsealed. I later went into the site’s return policy but it isn’t stated, all it says is “exceptions”, with no link or list of those exceptions of return.

You know, usually hanging around can't find anyone to help at HD, etc. This visit, asked for help and several employees came to help. The 12' cut to length artificial turf roll was not on the wall like advertised online, so they went and got it and put the whole roll up for us. They cut 12x12 for us, rolled it back and helped load it into our truck along with sheetrock. Very grateful for Michael at Stassney location for the assistance.

The working on paint department Kevin is super rude and disrespectful I waited for 15 minutes because on his phone and at the end when he is done you don't have to wait you can leave
These lowclass people are not good for Lowes company get rid these let them to be home less

Disorganized, largely unhelpful employees. On three separate occasions now, I’ve either been overcharged or an item price was mislabeled.
The point of sale systems do not show you an itemized list with prices before you pay. This results in me getting overcharged than having to go to customer service to be refunded.
If it happens once cool, whatever but three or four times in the span several months, The store is being mismanaged.

The employee at the Garden Center was very rude (March 11, 2025. 7:20 PM). I went near her to ask about a product and she ordered me to “back up” and “give her space” when I was literally more than a one and half feet away from her. I walked off and don’t plan to return to your store ever. It made me think- did I smell bad? did I make her feel threatened? or did I not look good enough for her to consider me as a Lowe’s customer? Or is she just a racist? But, why should I be the one questioning everything when I genuinely wanted to ask her a question on a product? It’s better if Lowe’s provided a training for your employees. Else also no issues. I will spend my money elsewhere. I rarely give less than 2 star reviews. But this deserves less than 1 star…unfortunately, we don’t have that option.

Every time I have been at this location I was always greeted by very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They go out of their way to help and if they do not know the answer they go the extra mile and assist with finding the answer.

DRIVERS BE AWARE THIS LOCATION HAS SKETCHY PEOPLE THAT WONDER ABOUT TRUCKS AROUND YOUR PARKED TRUCKS AFTER MIDNIGHT WHEN YOUR ASLEEP. HOW I KNOW IS I GOT UP TO HOOK UP TO LEAVE AT 1:48 AM ON MON FEB 24 AND SEEN A TRUCK PARKED UP AHEAD BETWEEN THE PARKING AREA ON THE CURVE AHEAD OF THE DOCKS AND 3 BACK PACKED INDIVIDUALS CAME FROM BEHIND THE TRUCK, MAYBE THEY CAME FROM THE WOODS BEHIND BUT THEY WERE AWAKE AND DEFINITELY OUT AND ABOUT. I HONKED MY AIR HORNS AND THEY RAN. SO DRIVERS BE AWARE HERE IF YOUR OUT WALKING AROUND OR YOUR DOG AFTER DARK🙄.

Lowe’s would not accept the return of items because they were “final sale items”. These items were not marked as final sale items in the store or on my receipt, so this appears to be some internal classification they have to screw the customer over with. I’ll continue to give Home Depot, which has much better customer service, the bulk of my business. Lowe’s sucks!

2 days past return policy, no exceptions. I had covid, missed return window by two days. No help from customer service at all. I wanted store credit so I could turn around and buy something better, but didn't get any help.

Always open the box before purchase . If something is defective they will refund you and you have purchase it again and wait for the money to hit your account a week later.
