Go to the Stannsey location! Delivery service was cancelled because they do not have the toolbox in stock here. A different part that is not too heavy for normal people was still delivered and charged. All without a call to confirm. Some kid acting like a manager told me on the phone that there is nothing I can do except return it in person and purchase the toolbox all over again at the Stannsey location. I just swapped my business here... Looks like it's back to Home Depot!!!!

This situation was never escalated internally as the “owner” responded below. The "owner" response appears to be nothing more than an optics maneuver with zero action attached. Nothing has been taken care of from a higher level. I’ve spoken with 2 regional cabinet project managers that I called and asked to speak with, and neither were aware of any internal escalation. I called the number the “owner” listed below, and that is just the same number I always call and there was no one assigned to speak with me about this. The phone rep was confused and there was nothing in the system about this so called “escalation”.
4 months after the original delivery we still are without the correct cabinets. The pick up team finally came yesterday and picked up 5 boxes of the wrong cabinets leaving the partially correct cabinet without doors or hinges. The small cabinet for over the fridge, apparently, I was just told today, can’t be produced. The Lowe’s cabinet designer is once again out (on vacation until 4/12) and l asked for a refund as I no longer want these non-existent cabinets that can’t be produced, and I was told by the cabinet project coordinator that I need to wait for the designer's return to discuss this. He is slow to respond when he’s at work, so this should be interesting. The coordinator said she has no control over measurement communications. What?? The doors and hinges for the cabinet will take 10-14 business days to be built. One of the regional cabinet project managers I spoke with said they have the ability to expedite orders but this has not been done. Still waiting and waiting. Unbelievable. Start your nightmare home improvement project with Lowe's.
3/27/25 Zero stars if I could. Less than zero. Incompetence at every level. We’ve been working on a cabinet installation in our simple galley kitchen that started in October 2024. The first 3 months we were waiting for the design to be finalized and for cabinets to be made. We expected that time frame; this was discussed with our planner/designer in cabinets. When everything arrived as expected 3 months later, one of the cabinets was broken and another was the wrong size. These are Kraftmaid cabinets. I understand a broken cabinet, things happen. Our cabinet planner disappeared for awhile after the incorrect sizes arrived, leaving issues hanging when things started going wrong. Eventually he came back a few weeks later and I thought he worked it out. To make a long story short, we have continually received the wrong sized cabinets over 3 deliveries. Also, new arrivals are arriving without doors or shelves. Our cabinet project coordinator has just plodded along without any concerted effort to expedite corrections and everything is a mess. Her promises to send out the installer team for prompt inspection of the deliveries for size and breakage were not kept. The installation team have arrived this last two times without being able to install due to these issues. She’s not communicating with the installation team regarding prior inspection before installation. That’s their policy but that policy is not being carried out. She’s very hard to contact so things just happen without her following up in ways that are helpful. Just a lot of notifications about things in process or expected delivery dates. She has no idea what’s going on when things go wrong and I have to explain everything to her when she calls me back. The team is just arriving and then they can’t install. This most recent day of mishap was today and we’re fed up. Boxes have been sitting in our house containing rotating deliveries of incorrect cabinets for months. No doors or shelves either for these wrong sized cabinets. Those are new orders we’re waiting for. They’ll probably be wrong too since they’re being built for the wrong cabinets in our living room. Seems that nobody really cares. It appears that this project will never be done. I’m beyond upset with this absolutely horrible customer service. Don’t do cabinet installation with Lowe’s.

2 stars cuz the installer they hired and sent is fantastic! He doesn't work for Lowe's so that makes sense!
First, they undercharged me for installation services. TWICE. And called me to collect, twice, like I'm just gonna be like OMG, you screwed up, lemme pay you more again without having an opinion on it. I understand that mistakes happen and I was cool with paying the difference once. But after paying for your mistake once, nah on twice. You figure it out, it's YOUR repeated mistake.
Then, my installer arrives with the product and they cut it too short. How do you cut something too short when you have the exact measurements that your contract installer provided?
It's been a horrible experience that started out costing me one price and ended costing me much more.

Terrible experience in the paint department: I bought 2 quarts of the exact same color and same paint on the same weekend. They didn’t match and the manager refused to give me any store credit even though the mistake was their employees’. I wish I’d gone somewhere else where they had a reliable employee in the paint department or better customer service or both.
Update: I called the number and after a 10 minute call they said they would let the local store manager know and then proceeded to ghost me. The lack of actions speaks much louder then the words from their social media team. They consumed even more of my time, without apology.

I purchased 10 squares of sod and a helpful employee loaded them up in my car. I got home, had someone unload them. I took a look at them and they were completely dead and had been spray painted green.
I called the store hoping to get a refund and was told that I needed to bring them back to the store "in their original packaging" so that they could be "returned to the manufacturer". I explained that it is dead grass so there is no packaging.
It serves no purpose to make me load up 10 pieces of dead sod into my car to return to Lowes in order to get a refund.
Spray painting dead grass in order to make it look alive to sell it? How pathetic and dishonest. And then refusing to refund me unless I bring a bunch of dead grass back to the store?
Will be exclusively shopping at Home Depot from now on.

I tried to make a purchase for curbside pickup but the app doesn't work. I can't make purchase without creating an account. I can't create an account because when I put in my email, it sends a verification code, which I enter and then the app asks for my email etc I can't enter a password and therefore. Make a purchase. Broken website as well. When I try to make the instock purchase the website sends me to a different zip code than the one I'm entering. Pay attention. There are two places where the website asks for the location closest to you. Chances are they won't match no matter what zip code you put in at either location.

Bought a 350 dishwasher 9/21 and waited too long two days after 90 day return policy. No ability/offer of store credit.
So annoying and unfriendly.
I have been increasing disappointed in Lowe’s customer service.

Placed one order took me 2 weeks to find out the product was back ordered. Their inventory said there 8 and there were none.
The second order I never got an email showing my purchase or tracking number called the 1-800 was told it was ready for pick up. Went the next day and was told the system was down. The order had never been pulled from the previous day. An employee told me I could wait and I told them I couldn't wait. I was a bit pissed. Two orders in a row is a bit annoying. Well the customer service person E thought it be a good idea to just cancel my order. Because as I was leaving I said I have never had this kind of problem with HD. It was a vindictive move by Esparaza an employee who I have filed a complaint about.

Hoping this review will catch someone attention but not holding my breath. I have had the absolute worst customer service from the Lowe's team after spending thousands on dollars on new refrigeration, dish washer, and stove top. Its been 3 weeks since i bought and still don't have all my items. The clerks who checked me out input the wrong phone number so nothing is getting sent to my correct line. The delivery men (for the first delivery of two) were so rude I asked a neighbor to come by and be with me so I had help dealing with them. They were lazy, late, claimed they couldn't find the house (our apartments are clearly marked), showed up and rolled their eyes when they saw we had a second story condo, sat there and stared at me while i struggled to get the banisters clear and off the wall saying they couldnt help b/c "we dont do that" , they left very deep scratches on my walls (paint is not going to fix it- massive holes need to be filled in and then covered in order to fix what they did). The fridge I bought has a water dispenser inside and they said they couldn't figure out how to set it up - so they just left!!! literally said sorry we cant figure it out call someone else, and did not finish install, and just left! After destroying my walls and acting like I was somehow ruining their day. I have been trying to schedule my second delivery of my dishwasher and its been 3 weeks. EVERY TIME i schedule a delivery it does not show up, or I do not get a call back. the next date i have scheduled for the install is next Monday, two days later it will be 1 month from the purchase date. which means if there are any issues with it or I want to return it I will have 2 days to figure that out since its taken them a month to install. Oh and remember the refrigeration we bought that they didnt get working? I had to call to get a different technician out to try to get it working and he got it to work for one day then it stopped working again. So Lowes either sold me a lemon, or a bad product, or their technicians are incompetent. Basically, Lowe's took thousands of my dollars and then ran me around for almost a month now trying to get their team to follow through on what I paid for. I have spent hours on the phone trying to call and schedule and get items fixed and call asking why they didn't show and calls asking them to come back and calls to complain etc. I don't know what the other options are out there, I know people who bought from Costco and said they had a fine experience. But all I know is if you buy a number of products from Lowe's and expect the install to run smoothly, don't be so naive. Once they have their money they don't care what happens.

Irresponsible Same-day delivery service. Poor customer service.
I ordered a water heater tank (130+ lb) with extra $39 for same-day delivery service. Lowes sent a lady without dolly. The delivery lady asked me to help her unload the heavy tank. I am just not comfortable to do that. The lady took the heater back to store. I need to call their customer service to make sure I get the item redelivered. The customer service was poor. They even hanged up my call during the conversation! They asked me to replace the order for the redelivery. But they only refund me the heater tank without the delivery fee refunded for the first unprofessional delivery service! So I lost $39 for their irresponsible delivery service!!
