Return & exchange policy is complete trash. If you don't have the receipt you will be stuck with whatever you bought. Even something as simple as a air filter. Got the wrong size just wanted to exchange but couldn't because no receipt & when I realized they didn't even have the size i needed I was just so over it..if you have a busy life & can't keep up with every receipt from everything you buy I wouldn't buy anything from here unless it's online.. but I'm completely turned off from buying anything from here anymore at all. Some real greedy people have got to run this corporation.

Do not use this Lowe's. I ordered appliances in November. They scheduled the install for Dec 23rd - installed a faulty oven. Installer didn't mention the errors until I asked about and told me to call Lowe's. Since then I've been on a circle of calls. I was told work orders were submitted last week and got calls yesterday (Jan 3rd) that nothing was submitted. I was told a manager was going to call me today and when I called I was put on hold for 30 m and then when I called back and finally got a manager I was given no confidence that this will be resolved in the near future. They have excuses but the incompetence of this location is not one I'd recommend dealing with.
No oven for the holidays, no oven 1+ month in and no sign this is going to be resolved.
UPDATE: Oven was finally installed Feb 9th. That was 48 days without an oven for a family - 72 days in the process total. In trying to get this fixed there was 38 calls (almost 3 hours total). I talked to 5+ managers at this location and the only one that was helpful was Paye. Thank you Paye. And the 1800 number they commented was helpful as they started a case # for me which no one was taking a single note on what was happening before.
