Went in to get a few copies of keys made 🗝️ I had the pleasure of being assisted by John. He made the whole experience welcoming and really went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. I appreciate the fact that he went up on the ladder to see if there were more keys. Thanks John! This world needs more people like you in it 🌎 It's rare you find this kind of customer service these days. Those darn millennials and Gen z peeps are too busy with their earpods in, eating their dang avocado toast 🙄

Went looking at portable generators,no one was around to help. However i went to return/customer service and was not only helped immediately. It nice to know that you can get an employee who made my transaction complete in less than 10 minutes

Last week, Lowes replaced the floor in 3 rooms. The installation and delivery team did a great job. Everything else was garbage. The measurements were off by 33%. I had enough leftover material to do a 10x15 foot room.
The delivery was done in two loads, the first one was 2 pieces of quarter round and the second was the rest of the material.
After the installation, I had to load up 7 boxes of flooring and the rest of the material and return it to Lowes. They would not take most of the gold backer board because it had been cut.
I was told that for the installation refund, I would need to call the installation company, who will call me tomorrow. I used Lowes because I wanted to work with one company.
Overall, I was overcharged $405 in material and $185 in labor. That is really bad business. There is no benefit using Lowe's for installation services.
Update, Lowes called me 2 days after the promised resolution date. Lowe's offered 10% refund, they overcharged me 33% in exchange for a release and NDA.
This latest action from Lowe's confirms it is not an ethical company.

Severely under staffed location.
Worst Lowe’s I’ve ever been too. No one at the paint department. Told two associates I need help and was told they’d call someone to come help. Hit their “Press for help” button 4 times and got no help. 30 minutes of my life wasted.
Home Depot would never have these issues.

I got a flat tire in the parking lot. When I returned to my car I was approached by people in ski masks and I had to drive away with the flat tire.

I wish there were zero stars. This location is terrible. The associates are all stressed out and the custom service is weak at best. Ordered appliances in store, parts not delivered, impossible to get anyone on phone to rectify the issue. At the store a few weeks ago, wanted to get a wheel barrel. Manager only one that had keys, manager too busy to help unlock. Garden associate said she was not going to come help. There will be no strike 3. I'm done with this place AFTER I have to go in store to make the complaint to get the part that was not delivered or installed!!!

Nice store, most of the staff is rather helpful. Found what I was looking for, it if you are a veteran and want the discount, make a profile, it is a hassle to get the vet discount otherwise.
